gdtrfb - yeah i cant wait to run the haze6 again, but will probably run it in the 250 cab next time to see what it does in there.

Chem D is at 65 days now and i think will probably be chopped tomorrow this is some very frosty weed.:dance013:

and intriducing the pre 98 bubba - at 2 weeks now - this has scrogged up pretty well. may need to remove or reduce a couple of the bigger fans some point ...
also i should mention that this plant and future plants may get transferred to the hps cab, my latest idea is to use this cab as a veg and early flowering cab, so that i can veg the plants into the airpots for a week or so and still run a perpetual system. my other veg cab (the 63watt LED cab) is too small to fit the airpots into. using this as a 'halfway house' should give greater flexibility and efficiency in theory...

Holy shit mate.........that Chem must be producing trichomes on trichomes, there isn't any surface area left! Amazing. Also what a beautifully stuctured scrog that turned out to be. The spacing between the buds is perfect. Turned out nice and fat.
What's behind the new plan for the LED? Surely you must be happy with it's ability to flower plants out for the full term?
An inspiration, as always.

sorry for the lack of updates guys. The Chem was chopped last sunday. Bubba is lookig just fine, no photos sorry

----

hey g0v, yes i will pollinate the bubba - perhaps with some CB dust and maybe with DC too.

cheesebuds - hi and thanks:tiphat:

charutao - look in the lighting section of the equipment forum. or search for posts by knna as he is very savvy at buiilding LED units

Scroger - thanks dude!

killerweed - thanks !:)

dao - yeah you're right im very happy with the LED results - its just that, to get the most out of the airpot, i feel i need to veg the plants into them for a week or so, and in a system that is usually perpetual (i dont like gaps in the flowering cabs) i will need a cab that fits the scrog modules/pots, that can be flipped between veg and flower. so im thinking that would be best done in this LED cab.

Marn - its the Chem D clone only - i got gifted the cut along with some more great genetics :dance013:

cheers all - i should have a weight on the Chem D harvest in the nexy day or so

Braddah Smokes - yeah they are frosty by any standards! - this is my first time growing the chem D and im impressed. the other thing is that the plant was slightly higer than the door in the cab so the buds got brushed against the top of the door frame every time i got them in and out. im wondering if this caused the tops to frost up even more - just a theory ;)

rastaidd - yeah thanks man :) im pleased too.

---

the chem D harvest weighed in at 45g which is about 0.9 gpw - pretty happy with that. the nugs look proper and i can see why this is so popular - serious bag appeal.

not smoked any yet - but will be having a righteous toke on it later today :dance013: lets see what all the fuss is about ;)

got a couple of seeded buds too - crossed with the cherry bomb males like all the other plants in that round.

i'll get back to you on that mad, just got back from a week away and it's been really hot here. i left capillary matting to watter the plants but it was all dry when i got back. the bubba was the only plant in flowerin either of my cabs and was wilted when i looked a minute ago - but i think it may just live, some leaves were crispy but the buds felt ok still. i'll get a better look tomorrow.

all my mums and vegging plants have made it though - just.

and the house didnt burn down so im happy with that
