US rapper pulled off stage over inauguration anti-Obama rant

Like the ones that are pegged to bills after congress passes them by the US president and these days enforced as law by the executive branch.

Obama isn't solely to blame for the problems the US faces; rather it is a combination of the results of several administrations, along with bribery conducted on such a scale that many of us cannot fathom.

The military industrial complex, big oil, big pharma, big alcohol, the food industry (monsanto)...there are many industries that profit greatly from certain laws being passed, or certain things being done by politicians at all levels. If you disagree with this, you are simply uneducated and misinformed. Keep in mind, Big Tobacco is another organization that has helped keep cannabis ILLEGAL, along with other people within the Timber industry for example (See Harry Anslinger, Dupont, William Randolph Hearst etc.)

People try to rationalize every president. Just as there are Obama supporters, there were Bush supporters. Both are flawed because they supported a candidate that furthered the military industrial complex and restricted the rights of millions - IE patriot act 1 & 2, their renewals, the NDAA, the repeal of the Glass–Steagall act, etc. Obama continued many of the actions Bush started. Both are to blame.

That's not to say they are the only 2 'bad' presidents. We've had many 'bad' presidents if by 'bad' you equate placing the rich and the elite over the general well-being of the country and the American people. JFK tried to make moves on these industries, and he paid the price. This is exactly why individuals like Gary Johnson or Ron Paul will never make it in office - these organizations (Monsanto, MIC, RAND Corp, Halliburton, etc.) stand to lose a FUCKLOAD of money if such an individual were to take the reigns.

Yes, people like to resort to the 'Congress has the power to over-rule the president' or 'Congress is the checks and balances for the president' - yet, there's a reason Congress has the lowest approval rating in the history of the country. Politicians are just that, politicians - they are only in it for their OWN agenda and are easily bribed.

I, as many of other Americans believe, feel that only full-scale armed revolution against the establishment will restore true freedom and liberty as granted by the Constitution the Bill of Rights. When tried, freedom is popular. Unfortunately tyrants like to take the reigns and distribute the wealth of the world to a small group of individuals.

A prime example of how our bankers destroy economies:

May have not been the best choice of words but I'll stick to it.

"since issuances are typically made in pursuance of certain Acts of Congress, some of which specifically delegate to the President some degree of discretionary power" Source Wikipedia

I also have to agree with the one poster who said we come from different backgrounds and places, are different ages, etc...so of course our opinions will be different.

There are many older white men on these forums discussing a young rich black rapper. Need I say more?

Jeez I never expected a race card in this thread.

I'm out.

Good luck everybody.

Don't forget that ignorance of the law is no excuse... read up on your topics before you start spouting.

Telling someone that provides you information with a source to "keep reading" is not a good argument and then when someone mentions race which has been brought up in the thread before you leave?

Never expected the race card in a thread about the current us president, is that a joke?

That wasn't an argument, it was a direction.

I check my PM's...

You still think it's a dictatorship or what was your position exactly?

just to jump in there,, a better question imo would be do you actually believe you have a democracy?

because that would be seriously delusional..

the emperor has no clothes even if he wraps himself in african themed robes..

We were supposed to be a Constitutional Republic....democracy is horrible. 49% of the population must bow down to the wishes of the 51% - which is exactly why us weed smokers are persecuted the way we are in many states.

That doesn't look like math to me lost in a sea.

I've PM'ed quitelost so as to leave the thread less cluttered with offtopic stuff.

I welcome yours as well.

I certainly hope you continue your discourse with me just keep it off the thread.

democracy is an illusion more like.. a confidence scam..

oh god you want me to do your sums for you,, man up and open your eyes, not easy for someone in the us bubble though i'm sure.. the damage america has done actually cant even be quantified because the pain and misery of things like hiroshima/nagasaki or agent orange in vietnam goes on to this day, as well as depleted uranium shells.. and let alone all the unacknowledged dead in iraq/libya/afghanistan/pakistan etc.. the destabilisation of these places will cause more misery than i think you know as we move on into this century..

and all the dictatorships propped up with american produced arms and so called "american" investment into faux dictatorships around the world through arms..

and honestly this all pertains quite nicely to this thread because it's the stuff that lupe was saying and what got him bounced off stage..

i'm guessing you didnt listen to his words..

What a fucking idiot! I hope he doesn't get paid.

When you are hired as a professional entertainer for a political event, it is your job to make the people that pay you happy. Not to jerk off your personal political views. He been anti Obama since day one. He is just pissed the justice dept pulled the plug on his manager's heroin racket
