A lot of people are under the misconception that the 1st amendment gives you the right to say anything you want. It does not. What it does do is give you protection against Government prosecution for political speech.

The Government did not pull this guy off stage. And I can assure you that if you were to do as he did at any venue in the country, private security can remove you if the owners or management find your act unacceptable.

some people just dont understand what free speech means.
your right to speak freely extends only as far as being protected from prosecution for dissent.
it does not allow you to say what you want for as long as you want at an invited event.

the freedom to speak out against our govt (or anyone else for that matter) is protected, however the when & where you're allowed to have your say is not protected similarly.

if you want to arrange for your own rally in the park you can speak for as long as you like & say most anything, that doesn't include inciting people to commit or conspiring with them to commit crimes.
