A buddy had a blind taste test party for beer. Had everyone tasting unknown beers for hours. I ended up with Red Hook esb as my favorite.

This years batch of Sierra Nevada's 2010 Celebration Ale is TASTY!. I'm putting a case or 3 away for 2011.

samual adamns latitude 48 IPA.....hopy to my delight

"The beer is dry hopped with Ahtanum, Simcoe®*, and East Kent Goldings hops for a powerful citrus and earthy aroma. The hop character is balanced by a slight sweetness and full body from the malt blend"

to me it dosent taste citrusy, which I don;t like in my beer. It dose taste like you took a handful of hops and squeezed the bitter juices right into your mug AHH so refreshing.....Im drinking sam adams holiday porter right now, I wanted to find a good American beer since I was snobbing brands from other country. I think sam adams is my favorite beer company.

Trumer pils = the only american pilsner i have found that isnt bad

Pliney The Elder = best IPA

Pinkus Pils = favorite import

Grant's Scottish Ale = for anyone who remembers the 90s, this was the best beer ever (RIP Bert Grant)

My Homebrew puts em all to shame except the Bert's. I am convinced they added hop oil to the brew. Not cheating, its fucknig genius.

Paulaner Hefeweizen. I go through a keg every 2 months. Also, most any beer from a local brewery named Franconia in Plano, TX. Their Winter Wheat and Dunkel are excellent!
