finally got my lamps in!


let's see...i now own 3 mars hydro tents...2x4,5x5,4x8
and 7 lights...2 x sp150,4x sp250,1x ts3000...

some new friends take part in the garden. Cannot wait to see what they can do.

the 5x5 veg tent...getting pretty packed in there...just a few more days and these will be going into the mars hydro 4x8 tent lit by the 4 new sp250...gonna be a nice setup having 4 lamps since these plants are of different heights...

so far awesome...never had a zipper snag yet,the poles are beefy,the tent fabric tough,no complaints at all really...plus they're cheap for what you get

got the mars hydro 4x8 tent all set up with the 4 new sp250's...


all cleaned up and ready to go,running the lamps on 220v via the power panel...

Looking great Unc, thinking about ordering 2 of these for my 4x8 for summer, wondering if you or Mars might chime tell me what they changed on these for 2020 saw a post from Mars Hydro In kind buds thread that they were updating these just wondering what they changed and how to tell I'm getting a new model when I order mine.

i think they added uv and ir leds to the mix,i dunno how you would tell though...

If they used IR, they would probably look "off" to the naked eye, but if you use you cell phone camera (most lack an IR filter) you will see they're indeed on. A little trick I learned working with IR LEDs at work. UV has a pretty would illuminate your old neon posters like a blacklight.

it would be insane to look directly at these lights with no glasses on!


my analog meter registered as "really fucking bright"!

Oh, I don't own glasses. My model doesn't put out UV though, so I'm cool right?
