What? So you can't have a solar panel in Spain anymore? What about those big comercial projects that were already running? Are they closed now?
Still, look on the bright side, here in Spain they have just made Sunlight illegal... Solar Panels are now banned, thanks to the "friendship" between Electricity company loosing money/customers, and Government ministers finding out just how costly Yatchts and spoiled kids are.

Yea, and when people protest on the streets, Spanish police use agent-provocateurs among the demonstrators. Google: spain police agent provocateurs
Police in UK, US, Canada, Italy and Greece have been caught using the same tactics and it has been reported in the MSM
The state, I reside in, encourages rainwater harvesting. Rainwater harvesting equipment is tax free. There are rebates available from the state for rainwater harvesting systems. Some properties with rainwater harvesting systems are even exempt from property taxes.
Right now we have more than our fair share of rainwater.
The irony of it, the rest of the world is trying to conserve energy. There is always a government adjenda.. do your rulers own the power company?
that's how they do it here in the US.

I don't know what the MSM is but police all over the world are of the establishment. They will do whatever that establishment wants, by enforcing the establishments laws, however necessary. Without them ther'd be chaos but some times with them there's chaos. Sometime enforcing laws that they like and not enforcing law they don't like. I've known many LEOs personally thru my life, one is the still Chief of Police... they all get high, one was the Hoover of all time.. he was the one that could do bags of coke thru his shift while being the king of DUI/DWI.... its a tough job they do, every asshole they encounter makes it harder for them to act rationally sometimes.. war is hell. when theyre shooting at you, you can and will do strange things..Yea, and when people protest on the streets, Spanish police use agent-provocateurs among the demonstrators. Here in the US, conserving energy sounds really good. Start conserving and taking that dollar out the power companies pocket and it's just another concept they'll try hard to do away with. NV Energy destroyed the solar panel installation industry here because of that very reason.

IMO, there should be a law for protesters that are from other locations out side the state it occurs in, caught looting, destroying property or inciting a riot, should be prosecuted more $everely.. its a form of terrorism. OTOH, some laws protect them..Yeah, they are probably 99.99% of the reason why demonstrations get violent at times.
One side shows up in riot gear and the agent-provocateurs start shit up to get it all closed down on the other side.
Here's what happened at the G20 in Toronto. Watch this video and learn their tactics.

As for generating energy. The Governments make it sound like they are all up for it.
But when a private person decided to make their own hydro all kinds of stupid rules
apply and/or they try to tax the shit out of you. Like Governments own the sun or
the wind that gave you the energy?
My question is how would they even know if someone is collecting rain water in the first place? It's not like they can just walk onto your property and check for rain barrels attached to your gutters.
