Did exodus have another exceptional cheese plant other than bright sides. The Original ABSOLUTELY REeked.
Mine does not ... all until you draw close then She's Totally the same. Unless my memory fails me

IrnLn there's 2 things that 'concern' me about this cut.
She seems a younger plant than the one I had (I think probably the 'exodus'), this clone is by no means vigourous but softer stemmed than I recall..but obviously those things will be environment based to some extent.
The second,and kind of biggest one was when you said she was 'lemony',because I don't associate the cheese with particularly citrusey.In fact,the only herb I have ever been offered as cheese which was citrusey was barneys farm blue cheese,and I know 3 if not 4 people who grew it and found very limonene dominant plants as the best of the females.
I've been slacking recently,fungus gnats are pissing me off so I've had everything in tiny pots and keeping them dry as possible,have had a couple of wilts too Last week I was looking at this thread and wondering why UK based fellas were talking about AC...fuck me man, H.I.D. and modern insulated buildings add together to make air conditioning a real consideration..a friend of mine in aus urged me to get into the air conditioning business about 8 years back and I poo-poo-ed the idea saying they'd never be needed here! lol

Although Ive questioned it for due diligence, I do think Birightsides cheese is the one I remember. You could smell a draw on person for yards away outside on breezy day (that specific incident was in Watford around 2000 or so. I was waiting for my mate who had a 20 bag. I saw him walking up the street and I stood there and I fucking smelt it before he got within 40 feet of me) I was a seasoned grower and smoker by then and not easily taken aback. I was SHOCKED. The bud was LIGHT GREEN with tangerine pistils. Not citrus at all. It was basically a chemical, astringent kind of skunky twang with maybe a hint of berry to the nose.
Half a joint and you were nailed BUT the ceiling was low - the second and third joints don't even register.
I started asking people to ask people about a cut and here we are 15 plus years later and the search continues.
It will always have a place in my collection because its part of my yoof and memories an all that. AND just to get out of a jar every now and then to remind myself and others what the stink was all about back in the day.
Birdmans cut is my last hope at the moment. I know windows is something but it doesn't seem by all accounts to be the one I think is Brightsides. Im keeping her anyway cos she looks like fire, all fox tailed n shit

back in 2005 or 6 at the weed world expo at telford ,,i took some of brightsides cheese with me ,,as we walked around i was tapping my pocket to leave a trail of whiffing for everyone ,,howard marks approached and i gave him a bud in a handshake ,,he went on stage shortly after totally bemused,,outside we went for a toke with dna boys and shanti sat with us ,,i gave him a bud too ,,he had to leave to fetch his kids from the icerink ,the security guard refused to let him in due to the overwhelming stink of weed on him ,,he came back and told us laughingly what the fuck was that weed man ..

I remember that expo very well..greenhouse seed sponsored the door bags and had church or doctor seeds within..I saw many people ferrying back and forth to their cars with freebies!
There were a lot of people smoking cheese at that event.I was smoking the 'exodus' cut I had and I know several folk from my part of the country also were. I spent much of the day talking with the 'ona-gel' rep who smoked some of that with me and realised I had a very real stench issue.I went home with 2 carrier bags of it traded for a thumb sized nugget of that cheese.
On another note,my son surprised me the other day by showing me something which reminded me a lot of the particular herb I recall being able to smell from a distance away..I always thought it was white rhino..
anyway this stuff he had was grown from seed,'incredible bulk' (I cringed) and it had the smell I recall from the late nineties herb,but not all that impressive looking otherwise.

the white family was tip top back in the 90s .. but I have never had anything that hit the note and shear dread at carrying an oz of b's cheese on the metrolink when inspectors jump on.. having a ticket was unimportant. it was like cracking one of them old school glass stink bombs.. the smell just expanded like nothing else.. people could smell it through a crack in there window 4 floors up while I'm smoking a little zoot near the bins of a fukin council high rise..nothin has ever got me more noticed

the white family was highly hetero.. an the traits that made it and all the hybrids so so good got lost by people who did not understand the importance of increesing inbreeding coefficients....it was so long ago that nobody really understood how to fix traits like Sam did with sk1.. the clones that survived the test of time and are still alive will still be awesome . but unfortunately as things moved further away from F1 it just became a badly seasond sloppy Joe when it was grade a Angus beef in it's early form

a friend filled a 10th floor flat with cheese ,,i told him to get filters ,he said fuck it ,,u could smell it on the 5th floor as soon as u got out the lift ,,on his floor the smell was so bad when u got out the lift it made u gag ,,the good old days

bluemeanie was a "great" strain. Out stinks the bscheese I have but the Bs smoke is superior , as the first totally was.
[too add,bm had the most ZigZaged Stem and was the best made plant id ever seeN]... Just saying, ithad Extrememy close or linear Branching.would grow very horizontal. Would actually grow "a fraction"wider than tall!!!
The smell is the big thing with it.The bscheese I originally had out stunk the bm ,considerably.

.Remember beautiful ppl "8 Cuttings-! taken from mine ( folks say 'the Real, grows vertically.I "would of thought, if them 8 cuttings were " left on the plant she would be alot wider, mines just" 13" and under what you would call travel equipment so would of been really, fat, maybe.... . thinking out loud!.
