One thing I have always found remarkable about cheese is it's ability to smell and taste desirable pretty much immediately on being dry enough to smoke..she smooths a lot with a cure but the taste is there from the word go..which I do think is something a bit special about this plant..same with psychosis..there was definitely something special going on in the late noughties for seedbanks with access to the right parental stock..

I prefer smoking cheese once its freshly harvested and been drying for about a week or so. IMO thats when she tastes the best, as soon as shes crispy on the outside but still kinda sticky in the middle. mmmmm... makes me want to smoke some cheese right now.
