U.K cheese brightside cut ?

I never held the Brightside, I got mine from a unique source. It's the same cutting the Brum guys I know have & the lads in Manchester & Bedford & Luton & Sheffield. North to South East to west.

Rick had the Brightside apparently.

Did it come from Brightside or somebody else Rick?

"Why did you get rid of it if it was gonna be this hard to get one back?" Did it come from Brightside ?

we know for sure that the brum and brightsides are definatly not the same ,,i wonder if brightside gave me and truecannabliss the back to cheese cross he had and not the cheese he had ,,our brightsides seem to be different from everyone elses :(

doesent really matter cause i aint got it anyway ,,the only thing i miss about her was the price she commanded,,had some lovely holidays off cheese lol

Theres more than one so called Brum cut.
I have passed cheese cuts out in B town.
Also Liverpool, amongst others.
Also the cut Mr cheese used to rave about was bubblcheese (bubblegum cross)

And even back in Brightside's day
Over at b re edb ay there was already at least 4 cuts in circulation.
Diet cheese, suicide ( originally a brum cheese) sweet cheese and pistills had another one,
All diff to bright side. Labelled as UK cheese, exo cheese etc.
All from peeps who had held their version for ages.

And that was years back.

You just have to find one you like.
And keep it.

True has the same one I have Hazy. Did anybody get a cutting direct from brightside 'as in Take a clone off his mother themselves'?

The other cheese I have seen is Cheese x NL, I'm gonna flower a Suicide cutting from Brum ASAP just to make a cross to my Ancestral SK & my Cheese & find out what's what Phylo's testing.. Guy's I know been growing it 20 years & know the tricks, these other snips wasn't about when they was getting it on. You have the old one, the original with the maple leaf trait & then some hybrids. Only cheese maple leafs, The old 'Cheese' is really easy to spot in a room of plants. The name Cheese is just some manufactured hype folks made up, It's always been called Skunk as far as I know, the forums made the 'Cheese" name famous.


Basically you lot call my skunk cutting Cheese..


I'm fairly sure psychosis is an old Juicy Fruity/Fruity juice. The plants never lie guys..

Window your cut grows nice mate. She's taking all the feed Im giving. I burnt Birdies cut on the same EC at the same early stage of 12/12 last run. The Blues seems a bit slow compared to all the other cuts I'm running in there. Casey Jones is going MENTAL. Ive had to chop it bac or it will crowd everything else near it out lol

Im standing up for Birdies cut actually, I liked it. If I had never heard of cheese and was just given a bud of birdies without any name, id of said thats nice and it definitely has got the proper cheese in its its family somewhere. Its related. Like The Mitchells in East Enders. Phil is the the proper Cheese. Birdies cut is like Billy Mitchell - not such a foul stinker, much nicer though. None of that moody shit. you now how Phil gets? none of that :)

I think bright side was give an alternative cut from exodus.. but I do believe brightsides clone came from the same "Cheese" seedbatch..i bet the cheese name could basicly be given to the 89 sk1 seed batch from sensi ...i bet other people got a clone from the same seed batch too. its all chresr just a multitude of variants from the same seed batch

still...b's cheese was not what we see today

but I would grow windows just to see if if l could make it look any different and more like brightsides ..but to be fair id probbly only be beefing up the stink and losing the flavour

but it might be different on my system

birds I've never really seen yet

I started using some different additives. They seem to make my soil a bit fouler smelling, driving secondary metabolite production, try a couple off the Yellow bottles Rick on one system.. I've not seen growth like it in all honesty. The yeild they produce looks above average..

Im 99% sure Psycho is a Fruity juice nothing to do with NL, this new feed schedule i'm on seems to express the sativa side in 12/12 & every top is the picture of Fruity Juice on the Sensi catalouge & it matches the description to a T. I'm gonna have it tested real soon, See what I cen get ready before March.

You should grow out a 'psycho' Rick if you can handle the power again. It's a proper Hybrid Indica/Sativa genome from impeccable stock.. Insane yeilds if you let her go & her milkshake brings all the boys to the yard..

If your only growing one you should be OK regarding the smell, anymore than two in the tent and it can start to stink, especially the last few week's of flower.
Originally, I thought it was my crappy little set up when I first started growing her, but I've seen her grown in many different grow room's, much better than mine and witnessed most of them stinking.
The last time my mate grew a tent full, I had to water/feed them for him while he went swanning off to Jamaica for three weeks. He still had a week left when I went round to his place at around week 7 of flower and I could smell them when I opened the door to the landing/corridor that led to his flat and it was obvious where it was coming from as it stunk, right outside his front door!
Not sure of the exact size of the tent but it had three air cooled light's in it and a 8" filter/fan combo that was so powerful, it had to be turned down with a variac but still had plenty of negative pressure, so I don't think the set up was to blame...its just the plants, they stink, I was so relieved when I went round to water for the last time:biggrin: He purchased an ozone genny as soon as he got back, which he placed outside his bedroom and that done the trick.

I honestly don't know what type of cheese it is but I'm pretty confidant that its the same as what Truecannabliss describes in his report, he describes it just as I would and have before.
I'm going to do a side by side soon with mine, birdies, suicide and liver's to see how they all compare. I'm particularly interested in what Nbe found in his, ,that so reminded him of the brightside, just to see if it's anything like mine.

I read a post from brightside somewhere here at IC and he states that he only ever gave out one cut, but does say that Exodus did have two and he was not sure what one he received from them, but i reckon he had the original cheese and handed that one out.
The cut you and True got given I bet was the original, I just think, different people, describe her differently, maybe?

I had a C99 that was EXACTLY like cherry flavour Tunes cough sweets. Nobody I know or have ever heard of has found one like it, just typical grapefruit C99 smells. You do get anomalies here and there.
