Your plant is a "descent yielder" ? Definitely not cheese bro :(

On the upside... if I find it.. your good for a cut ;)

No descent but decent.. maybe i dont know English good but if you copy-paste then paste properly... ;) LOL

Also Mack10 mention what he knows as Cheese plant.. so in between you domestic English guys there is simply differences in knowledge and what you know as a true Cheese..

Me on another hand are newbie for Cheese conoisseurs and i just comes here to soak some knowledge from you,and like you sees i showed a plant that i get under Cheese Exodus name.

Some other members here confirmed she is a true Cheese Exodus
so i dont know who to listen any more... :)

Now you say you are from Luton and i dont get what city have with weed, there is homeland of Cheese or what??

Kind regards Spaventa

@ Dog star, cheese is like OG kush to us.
a national treasure.

seems there are 2 main cheese cuts the one that foxtails like dog star posted,
the other only has one foxtail on top of a more denser bud.
one has the tcp antiseptic thing (brightside)
the other a more berry twang

@s2, sure its not forum cookies xcheese?

It was beans from Zz at Grezch Poland,,
So he would know for sure,
Nice potent flowers Mac ,,,, s2

From Leafly... the shit about yield is bogus as is the bit about it smelling like cheese but rest is legit.

Generally known as simply “Cheese” or “UK Cheese,” Exodus Cheese is the original clone-only strain that originated in Southern England sometime during the late 1980s or early 90s. Said to be grown from a packet of Sensi Seeds Skunk #1, it is known for its high yields, potency and distinct, overwhelmingly strong cheese-like odor. Though the identity of the original grower is still debated, at some point in the early 90s the cannabis lifestyle activists based in Luton calling themselves Exodus acquired some clones of Cheese and from there it rapidly became one of the most popular and sought after varieties in the UK. Since then many breeders have created seed lines using Cheese, while the original clone is still found in grow rooms around the globe.

I just look at top cola and some side branches and i could confirm she bears
some nice weight for shes smaller height..

this one pictured that i growing is in organic setup.. will weight her after shes dry
so then i report her numbers, but i need to addmit that i dont have any problem
to reach weight numbers in organics, usually i go over 1g per watt but could reach
2g per watt if i grow Amnesia Haze.

Are you saying Cheese in general doesn't smell like cheese or just the Exodus cheese?
My experience is limited to a pack of greenhouse seeds fems about ten years ago. Thought that was supposed to be exodus . Actually liked it a lot, closest to skunk #1 buzz I've found . Grew that in the ninetys.
The smell of the ghouse seed fems was about 60% of a pleasant but unidentifiable wood and 40% of a possible cheese ish smell. Real viny plant, grew equally wide as tall.

What I had sounds like a watered down version of what you guys are talking about, at least smell wise, hope to run across it one day. All of the variations sound worthwhile

If your talking clone only cheese whether it's brightside, suicide, exodus or any other clone only then it doesn't smell like cheese when flowering.

There's a few stories why its named cheese but who knows what the correct reason in the name is.

If you ever grew out a clone only variety of cheese, youd know the difference straight away, clone vs seed different league altogether. :tiphat:

Peace.

Cheese can yield for sure.
Gotta dial her in though, she loves the hydro.

I personally always grow the Exodus cut with organic nutes and I've saw sometimes mine with more compact little buds but otherwise with "bulk" foxtailed colas shaped like the one from Dog Star when dialed right... She can get phenotype variation depending on veg time, medium used, lights, feeding shedule, temps etc... Quite sensitive to environment. I've even saw her with insane monster colas like a 2 L bottle when grown in a friend's aero system. The nose on her is also like the yield, may variate a bit depending on how you grow it, but I've always get a better nose and taste with organics, way more stronger & complex than hydro Cheese imho.

When i first got gifted my cheese cutting from a friend off-line, was also the first time i actually sampled cheese myself, and promised my friend who gifted it to me some smoke when i cropped her.

When i finally cropped mine we was shocked because my run of cheese was a good 50% stronger in flavour and smell than the guys i got the cut from, they were growing hydro and i was passive watering in pots of coco.

Not trying to big up my growing skills but like its been said numerous times, cheese seems to respond differently in different mediums and enviroments.

Seen people who have had experience with ecsd say similar, you can grow her 4 times and unless shes dialled then your going to get 4 different looking plants.

Also are people.getting ahead of themselves by saying the 7 day rooter is the one, theres a post within the last few pages that said english rick has said that brightside cheese was little but harder to root and took at least 10days.

Would be good if the old pros chimed in on these latest cuts.:woohoo:

Peace.

I wouldn't bring rooting times in to it, when trying to identify plants, so many different factors can affect rooting times. I've had roots anywhere from 6 days to two weeks with my cut.

K.I.S.S. technique for clones always..I don't touch mine from the moment they're cut/stuck until I'm potting them on..a totally hands free and hassle free experience for around 95% strike rate in 10-14 days max but usually less.

The birdy cut does make use of it's space quite well, and has a fairly lateral branching habit,so I reckon it should do OK.
