Lots of speculation of what will happen to Trump as a person in the future.
The problem is bigger than one or two main players and removing them is liken to cutting the head off a hydra

If anything happens at all it will be a long process and doesn’t change what is real and tangible today.

The short list of reality -
The War on Drugs Redux courtesy of AG Sessions
SCOTUS will not overturn Gonzales-v-Raich
Wall Street and private prisons backers want payment
Big Pharma/Ag are ready and eager to enter the market

hope for the best but prepare for the worse folks

"Division B, section 537 provides that the Department of Justice may not use any funds to prevent implementation of medical marijuana laws by various States and territories. I will treat this provision consistently with my constitutional responsibility to take care that the laws be faithfully executed."

Notice how that part says "may not use any funds to prevent implementation of medical marijuana laws by various States".

Means they won't spend funds to mess with medical.. We'll see what happens.

Notice how that part says "my Administration will continue to treat these, and similar provisions, as advisory and non-binding."

Means they'll spend funds to mess with medical and anything else if they so choose... We'll see what happens.

I think cannabis is ok in legal states for the time being but.... it's only ok till it ain't! Growers in states that haven't voted to "legalize"
Should take care. We all should but....

Yep, more or less just stating as long as marijuana is illegal under Federal law the provisions in the bill are not binding, and the Administration can/will, by constitutional responsibility, enforce the laws within their means.

Haha I guess I didn't notice that.

In other words, Trump could have just not written anything about that, because it is just strait contradictory. :/

That doesn't state that he can't WITHHOLD funds to states he wishes to strong-arm and manipulate... only that he can't SPEND funds to do the same. Withholding funds can be more damaging than spending them.

REFERENCE POST #242: Oops... I missed that. Good catch!!

He will be tried and convicted of multiple counts of money laundering/racketeering, and probably high treason. The fines for the racketeering convictions will leave him penniless. Without any potential inheritance, his family will feel free to speak openly about him, and will do so to try and lessen their exposure to the same criminal charges.

With no friends anymore, he will spend the remaining years of his lonely life in a prison cell. His clinical narcissism won't allow him to recognize the reality of what he did to himself and his country. He'll spend his remaining days babbling incoherently about how he was framed because others were jealous of his position and abilities... until his dementia worsens enough that he finally finds peace in the inability to remember.

Lend your integrity to crooks; don't expect to get it back

Lend your integrity to crooks; don't expect to get it back

Everybody who works for Trump seems to find their career and reputation trashed. Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein seemed to be no exception. Donald Trump asked him to write a memo justifying the firing of FBI Director James Comey based upon Comey's handling of the Clinton email fiasco. Then Trump used that memo as justification for firing Comey in a blatant attempt to derail the investigation into Trump/Russia. Rosenstein felt like a used wad of kleenex, but what could he do about it?

Well Rosenstein gave a visit to the Senate Intelligence Committee for a private discussion. Who knows what was said? Then today, Rosenstein used his authority as Deputy Attorney General (because Sessions lied to the Senate and now is recused from Trump/Russia affairs) to appoint former FBI Director Robert Mueller as Special Counsel (Special Prosecutor) on the probe into Russian involvement in the 2016 election.

I guess Rosenstein wants his reputation back!

"In my capacity as acting Attorney General, I determined that it is in the public interest for me to exercise my authority and appoint a Special Counsel to assume responsibility for this matter. My decision is not a finding that crimes have been committed or that any prosecution is warranted. I have made no such determination. What I have determined is that based upon the unique circumstances, the public interest requires me to place this investigation under the authority of a person who exercises a degree of independence from the normal chain of command."

"Each year, the career professionals of the U.S. Department of Justice conduct tens of thousands of criminal investigations and handle countless other matters without regard to partisan political considerations. I have great confidence in the independence and integrity of our people and our processes. Considering the unique circumstances of this matter, however, I determined that a Special Counsel is necessary in order for the American people to have full confidence in the outcome. Our nation is grounded on the rule of law, and the public must be assured that government officials administer the law fairly. Special Counsel Mueller will have all appropriate resources to conduct a thorough and complete investigation, and I am confidence that he will follow the facts, apply the law and reach a just result."

Courts and US Marshall's ready to roll

Courts and US Marshall's ready to roll

It's been reported that the Eastern District Court of Virginia had several grand juries investigating Trump/Russia and that approximately 16 indictments have been prepared. Now it appears that action is imminent.

Trump-Russia buzz: Eastern Virginia docket cleared, U.S. Marshals underway, and an imminent bombshell

Bill Palmer

In the wake of explosive revelations that Donald Trump gave classified intel to the Russians and that he had asked FBI Director James Comey to cease his investigation before firing him, the fallout appears to be coming fast and furious. Today’s developments behind the scenes point to activity at the Eastern District Court of Virginia, which Comey has already confirmed is cooperating with the Trump-Russia investigation. Here’s the latest.

The first sign of something brewing at the EDVA is that four of the eleven federal judges at at the Alexandria courthouse have nothing on their schedule for tomorrow, with three of them having had their schedules cleared indefinitely, according to the official docket at uscourts.gov. We’ve checked with our legal consultant who has confirmed based on first hand experience that it’s highly unusual for that many judges to have their schedules simultaneously clear. It suggests that the court is expecting an imminent influx of high priority cases.

Then came word from political insider Claude Taylor, who was the first to break the story of Trump-Russia grand juries being underway at the EDVA court. Here’s what Taylor is sharing this evening, based on his inside sources: “Shortly after 12pm in the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA) in a closed and secure courtroom colloquially known as a SKIF, a hearing was held. The Government argued before a 3 judge panel for a MOE (Marshall Order of Execution). The MOE was granted. A revised tactical and logistical plan was approved for Multiple Jurisdictions by the Court. This is a highly detailed plan using hundreds of United States Marshal Service targeting an unknown number of Trump associates. The operation commenced shortly after the Court’s approved of the MOE at about 2pm. The MOE filing and number will remain under seal until the indictments are unsealed by the Court.” (link).

We haven’t been able to confirm Taylor’s report elsewhere, but his sources have consistently come through on these matters. Finally there’s a tidbit from political site The Reagan Battalion, which is teasing that according to its sources, “Major newspaper has a big Trump story coming in the next 24-48 hours that may be even more damaging than the Comey/Flynn story” (link). It’s still not entirely clear what all is underway, but pieces do seem to be in motion today. Stay tuned.

The irony of this timing is that the Trump team is scheduled to leave this Friday on a 9 day world tour which includes a big NATO conference. The NATO organizers have told participants that they should limit their presentations to no more than 4 minutes so as not to exceed the president's limited attention span. Even then, Donald may still find it hard to concentrate knowing that his cohorts are being rounded up by US Marshals back home. He also might find it harder to run interference being overseas. I wonder how he'll be welcomed in other countries while this is going on?

:lurk: :lurk: :lurk: :lurk: :lurk:

The truth is known by those that participate in that type of behavior. Some cultures call them witches, some call them dark people, some call them budu budu, some call them demons.

Study it for awhile and you will see it for yourself. The powers of suggestion are very real, It's all a form of hypnotism.
If I'm not mistaken subrob, you are a native American? Certainly your elders can tell you stories of the wind talkers?

In Asia they have the same thing only it isn't as wise spread because everyone is aware of it already. Here in the USA, people are more nieve.
