I can't wait for Trumps 2024 win it's going to be epic watching y'all cry. The trial won't even happen before the election. Lawyers can push a case back for years if they want to. Hell just a regular simple felony case can take over a year for trial. No way in hell he's convicted before the election.

Rudy can't be that broke. He arrived in a chartered private jet. Nothing too fancy, but still, he wasn't roughing it in coach like the rest of us.

well, The Chump was holding a benefit dinner for his legal bills at $100K per plate, the rumor mill said earlier. doubt he would actually give that cash to Rudy myself... "fuck you, boy! here's a quarter, call someone that cares if you live or die..."

More koolaide sir? What makes you think anyone is counting on a convction before Nov. 2024 to keep Trump from being re-elected? The bottomline is he doesn't have enough votes to win. Even if everyone who is registered as Republican were to vote for him (which not all will but we can just ignore that for the moment) He doesn't have enough votes among Independents to win. Sure when you just look at it in terms of the primaries he's unstoppable and pretty much has the nomination locked down even before the primaries, he just doesn't have the numbers to secure a win in the General. Now as far as trials and convictions, yeah, sure some of the trials will likely go past the election. It's almost a certainty the RICO case in Georgia won't finish before then because with so many being indicted there's all sorts of opportunities for the various lawyers for all the defendents to push things back. The Document case howeveris pretty much open and shot and there's only 4 defendents, 1 of which has flipped and is a witness for the prosecution now. You're probably hoping though that Trumps bought and paid for judge Aileen "loose Cannon" will make that happen for Trump. Which if left unhindered she almost certainly would delay things. Problem is that she is so incompetent that most of here pre-trial orders have been overturned on appeals and she's screwed up so often and so badly that she'll likely be removed from the case before it gets to trial. The one you and Trump will have to worry about though is The Federal case that the Special prosecutor indicted Trump for in DC. He could have made that just as big, if not even bigger as the one in Georgia, but see he reallu does know how to play 3D Chess and he deliberately mmade it just against Trump and deliberately left out charges that were harder to prove because he's well aware of Trump's only move of delay, delay, delay. So he purposely made it streamlined and small to remove most of the opportunities to delay with motions. Now maybe, just maybe, if Trump had played it smart and behaved himself, he might have been able to get that one pushed back beyond the election but no, Trump being Trump just couldn't help himself from attacking her on hos Social media platform "not even close to the Truth Social" and when they have the hearing, tomorrow, to address those attacks that resulted in death threats against the judge. She is most likely going to speed up the trial even more then the fast track it's already on. Also you can't ignore that so far Trump's lawyers for that case have been utterly incompetent and have already admitted several times during interviews that Trump is guilty. Even ignoring that though, so far every move they've tried to make to delay things have been rejected almost immediately. So there is the very real possibility that one does make it to a conviction begore the election.

You're also ignoring the self executing clause of the 14th Amendment that can be acted upon right now with no need for any trials or convictions that will bar Trump from holding public office. All that has to happen is forthe person in charge of elections in each state to simply refuse to put Trump on the ballot. Sure some states will ignore that and still put Trump on the ballot but it only takes a handful if states applying that clause to make it impossible for Trump to get enough electoral votes to win. But hey don't let reality ruin the dream fantasy you have going that Trump might actually win. I mean you have about 14 more months that you can continue to delude yourself before reality bursts you bubble and makes you go running home crying.

looking at my crystal ball here, i predict that several of those co-defendants are gonna see the light from Smiths investigations, plead guilty for lighter (or non-existent) jail terms, and roll over on The Chump long before trial time...:shucks:

odd. Meadows was whining that he should not have to make "hurried travel arrangements" to show up for his booking. but...after a federal judge smacked him down, he came in EARLY. the known presence of active arrest warrants are persuasive i guess...

Sounds like he's got a deal going to testify and he expects favors.

I don't know man. I mean he can only gain support from the independents and and occasional voters after ... :checks notes: 91 charges stemming from 4 different indictments.

I mean I know that's the very first thing I want when it comes to my President - multiple federal and state indictments with mountains of evidence of guilt.

from a member of his own party (AND a member of the House Freedom Caucus) Ken Buck, of Colorado... "the indictment in Georgia is too heavy handed, calling the charges " a nuclear weapon where a bullet would have been appropriate". i agree. :whistling::jump:

how funny would it be if the prosecutor asks him under oath about his weight, and he ends up doing time for perjury?
