I thought you said you had a life and things to do. What happened?Perhaps you could.
I'm sure that the families of the fallen take it seriously.
You’re pretty far gone. Every day. All day. You’ve become radicalized.

….well there you go. You’ve excused your addiction and justified yourself yet again. Sad.I'm watering plants presently, and I have found time to point out that you are entertaining yourself while I am pointing out that others are not entertained.
It's not radical to point out truth and the disrespect and disregard that seem to follow that truth.
If considering Trump a destabilizing despot is defining me as a radical then I am inclined to agree with you.
….well there you go. You’ve excused your addiction and justified yourself yet again. Sad.
Exactly why I don’t take politics or political junkies serious. If the only cure is to not consider Trump a caustic figure in current politics then I will have to continue my addiction unwaveringly.
Exactly why I don’t take politics or political junkies serious.
You realize though….you were doing the same exact thing before Trump was ever president? You were posting all day every day way back about politics in 2010 for sure. I remember.
You’ve gotten older. And you’ve gotten worse.
And I actually like you. I’m not your enemy. Take it how you choose…but damn dude…it can’t be fun
I don’t want to cause you pain…nor enable your addiction any longer.
Last we’ll speak. Be well.
how do you see yourself as being "pragmatic" in this. you used the term, explain why it fits what you are saying/doing. yes, you. not The Chump. what is working out for you...Not Trump, me. About politics. Poli-tricks.
Politics=shell games, as I see it. So spending time obsessing over Trump is pretty ineffectual. And it doesn't work. If the opposing party wants to beat Trump, all they would have to do is run a sincere candidate who actually wants to do things to improve the country. It didn't happen though, did it? Instead, they forced people to vote for Biden, who has a really despicable record of public service. Is that democracy?how do you see yourself as being "pragmatic" in this. you used the term, explain why it fits what you are saying/doing. yes, you. not The Chump. what is working out for you...

You don't have to choose a side in a rigged game and you don't have to go down the rabbit holes that are dug for you.
to a degree, you are right. in a larger (and more important) sense, nope. not getting involved is letting the wingnuts of both parties steer the damn car. and the GOP has said repeatedly and shown us physically that they will cheerfully slam us into a bridge abutment because they weren't in charge of everything and don't approve of how the majority wants to live...the more normal people in a group, the less influence the assholes have.Politics=shell games, as I see it
Or,,, What the majority of the money wants them to do. The people are always second in their priorities.to a degree, you are right. in a larger (and more important) sense, nope. not getting involved is letting the wingnuts of both parties steer the damn car. and the GOP has said repeatedly and shown us physically that they will cheerfully slam us into a bridge abutment because they weren't in charge of everything and don't approve of how the majority wants to live...the more normal people in a group, the less influence the assholes have.
I owe you nothing, I give what I get.You owe me an apology. Step one.
First off there are more then one mods here, I've seen more then one posting.Always the victim. Was I attacking you?
It’s pretty obvious there is a mod (singular) here that is exceptionally sympathetic to your cause. He’s the reason you dudes live in an echo chamber and only hear yourselves…then you guys sit here and bait away wondering why there is no rebuttal. I’m doing you upstanding Americans a solid. What I was banned for was not anything against the Tou. And it had nothing to do with you.
It’s entertainment. Even if you take it so serious. I do not.
Trump has not been president for 3 years now. Let that sink in. You’d think he still was by the way you guys go on and on and on
one flaw in your theory there, lets say you were right about everything you said. You said obcessing over Trump is ineffectuasl and it doesn't work, then you go on to say all the opposing party has to do to beat Trump is to run a sincere candidate that wants to help the /countrypeople. Now I could argue your view of Biden and point out a fair number of things he's tried to do to make things better and how most of that has been underminded by the other side to prevent him from being seen as a good President but I'll leave that alone for now. Yes they ran Biden and in a way kind of forced us to vote for him because our only other choice was Trump. By your view we should have lost. Yet we didn't, Biden not only beat Trump but he beat him resoundly both in the popular and the electoral vote.Politics=shell games, as I see it. So spending time obsessing over Trump is pretty ineffectual. And it doesn't work. If the opposing party wants to beat Trump, all they would have to do is run a sincere candidate who actually wants to do things to improve the country. It didn't happen though, did it? You don't have to choose a side in a rigged game and you don't have to go down the rabbit holes that are dug for you.
….after…ever so closely…reading that…think I want to hold your hand and give you comfort.. chop you up another couple gackers and pour you drink.First off there are more then one mods here, I've seen more then one posting.
Second we're baiting nothing, from the beginning of this current thread until only recently it was just us guys who you see as all being just Trump haters and we all pretty much agreed as was evident by all the likes that were being given to almost every message. You can't bait someone who is in complete agreement with you. I can't speak for everyone but I totally understood why their was no rebuttal and that was fine with me, I'm not here to debate the topic, I'm here to discuss the topic.
Third I never said you were banned because of anything to do with me. Frankly I have no idea why you were banned, I didn't know you when you were banned. At least not before you started participating in this and the previous Trump thread. If you were banned at any point after you became involved in either thread I was unaware. I took you at your word when you said you were going to stop participating when you finished your harvest. If your abscence was because you were banned though it doesn't surprise me, you were attacking several people on a near daily basis back then. I was just pointing out that you get banned because you attack people and their opinions for no reason other then you personally find it amusing. I'm sure you find it entertaining but that doesn't make it entertainment. The things I do that you feel are ban worthy are always in responce to someone's attack on me I don't think UncleFishStick is letting me off the hook because he agrees with my political views. I think he gives me a pass because he sees I'm just giving the same as I got. I feel confident that if you were in here participating nicely, behaving yourself, if I attacked you for no reason then UncleFish Stick would likely warn me first because he see's that I don't just attack people for no reason, normally and if I persisted he would ban me too.
Forth you don't even understand what the issue behind the discussion is so you have no basis on which to judge how people take things. You seem to think we are all hating on Trump just because he's republican and that's why you come across like a Trump supporter even though you say you aren't. Trump supporters make that same dismissive assumption that we all are liberals that have an irrational hatred of Trump. What we all do hate though is that Trump has been blatently abusing the law and getting away with itas long as he's been in business what we hate about him goes way back well before he ever became president No again I can't speak for everyone but I don't hate Trump just because he's Trump, I hate his actions, the way he abuses the system thru every loophole imaginable and then manages to escape accountibility when he does eventually get caught. Also before you go there, yes I know Trump is not the only politician to abuse the system and gets away with it. He is however the only one to do it so blatantly and so often. The others have enough good sense to at least chill now and then and behave like decent representatives. Now I realize that if you've managed to read this far your mind is all befuddled by having to digest so many words. So I'll sum it up more concisely for you. The reason this thread and the previous one exists/existed isn't because we simply hate Trump but because we hate the way he constantly abuses the system and gets away with it.
Fifth I'm well aware that Trump is no longer President but it's only been 2 years and 4 months, not 3 years. Again though it's never been just about Trump or hating that he was President, So the fact that he's no longer President means nothing. He's still leading the Republican party and because of the irrational love of his supporters there are now a whole slew of Republicans on both the State and Federal level trying to be just like him in the hopes of winning the same level of devotion. Unfortunately for them they don't realize that they'll never enjoy that level of devotion because they're not Trump and his supports know that. As soon as Trump is out of the picture those supporters will Turn on all those Trump clones like a pack of wild dogs The problem with all that though is that Trump is still in the picture and so all the wannabe's are seen as following the leader and in the process they're causing even more damage to the country and our way of life then already exists. Once Trump finally gets held accountible as it seems like might finally happen and stops playing politician every thing will hopefully over time return more to normal Now no, it's not likely to happen over this Stormy porn star issue, that's just the crack in the dam. Hopefully the dam will break with one of the other pending investigations and Trump will finally be held accountible and hopefully his political aspirations will end. At that point in time threads like this will dry up and close. Also while Trump is not currently President he's working very hard at trying to become one again and woe be to the country and are way of life if he succeeds. So as long as that's true, you can expect threads like this to continue. If he would just say, "screw it, this being President stuff is just too much work, I give up" and then drop out that would be another way these threads would end. We all know that's not going to happen though, Trump is too arrogant to admit defeat as proven by his response to the 2020 election.
….your mother didn’t raise you right.I owe you nothing, I give what I get.
Biden didn't win the electoral college "resoundingly".one flaw in your theory there, lets say you were right about everything you said. You said obcessing over Trump is ineffectuasl and it doesn't work, then you go on to say all the opposing party has to do to beat Trump is to run a sincere candidate that wants to help the /countrypeople. Yet we didn't, Biden not only beat Trump but he beat him resoundly both in the popular and the electoral vote.
The problem with our system though it's never about having one good candidate that will be the next Eisenhower or the next JFK because those days are gone. Now a day whatever side loses is so desperate to get power back that they'll do everything and anything to block the current party in power from really improving anything. This is true for both sides of the aisle too. It's going to take a least 200 good people spread across all three branches of government (but mostly in both houses of Congress) before we see this country moving in a good direction that the majority of citizens will approve of.
Oh and for the record, the absolute best way to insure this madess continues is for more people to become apathetic (or as you say pragmatic) by throwing their arms up in the air and refusing to participate. Yes we don't have to just blindly accept what is set before us and yes we don't have to go down every rabbit hole but we do have to do everything we can to get decent people running for office by getting more involved, not less and by holding those ruining things accountible by voting them out of office rather then blindly keeping them in simply because we recognize they've held office before.
Biden didn't win the electoral college "resoundingly".
If you look at the vote totals for each state, Biden won by a mere 40,000 votes across Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Arizona. It was a squeeker. Full stop.
But in 2022, the youth vote turned out and HOLY SHIT. Same thing is going to happen in 2024 and beyond. The youth of this country are far more civically engaged than the previous generations, including my own. And I'm am extremely grateful and proud of them.
And THANK FSM that they're not afraid of the word "socialism".
