some things cannot be unseen... retinal scarring and all that. Some of them really brandish the gigantic with spandex. In the supermarket I've gotta do a right turn Clyde just so the image doesn't get burned in.
I won't have much hope for the future until most of those currently in Congress have either retired, died of old age or been voted out, and then just for good measure term limits have been imposed. Unfortunately, I probably won't be around by the time all that comes to pass.i WILL sleep better, and have more hope for the nations future...
Yup, There's also the threat of accidental discharge.some things cannot be unseen... retinal scarring and all that.
Well 'm disappointed to say that Judge Engoron didn't keep his promise to give his final verdict on the Trump Business Fraud case by the end of January like he said previously. It's really frustrating the way that all the courts so far are taking much longer then should be necessary to deliver their rulings. Another one that is late is the Appeals Court that heard the arguments for Trump's claim of unlimited Presidential Immunity, nearly 3 weeks ago. There is really no valid reason I've heard aaanyone give as to why things are moving so slow. It's still expected that both courts will rule in a way against Trump but the longer they take the more it just plays into Trump's true goal of delay, delay, delay. The Engoron case is particularly annoying because it won't have much impact on any other case, just on Trump's finacial/businus status. The one thing hopeful that might explain Engoron's delay is that in the past few days the court appointed monitor to Trump's financial records has issued a report to the court of new evidence of Business fraud not covered in the trial. Most noteably a Trump owned business where Trump has issued a $50 Million loan to himself in what looks a lot like a fraud known as debt parking typically used to pay less taxes on income. Anyway the word now id that the Judge will give his ruling sometime between now and Feb. 5th.
Ever since I was old enough to read words of more than two syllables. Are you guys "Swifties" now?
Turn her around. She's got no butt.
This line in the article is what's going to hold up.Trump's big NY fraud verdict won't come until next week: source
Arthur Engoron, the judge in former President Donald Trump's civil New York fraud case, is expected to issue a verdict on or around Monday.www.businessinsider.com
Let's see if this "insider's" information holds up.
I think there is judicial review of Judge Engoron's case causing a delay.Whatever Engoron's verdict, it will almost certainly be appealed as well.
