Spent the weekend at the beach with the family, was awesome !!! we celebrated my kids birthdays and spent some time getting too know some realy nice people...Tom Hill and his family, treated us like KINGS ANS QUEENS, was just one of our better vacations indeed. Learn'n alot and got a chance to talk about many things with him, it's always nice too take some time and talk'n with someone with such expierience. Even tried to catch a few waves with him...I ate shit in a huge wave but, some how managed to pull out of it and ride it out...jeje lucky I was use'n a boogieboard, and could hold on tight ! He and his family truely are blessed, I'll be try'n some trianwreck seeds very soon

Charlie sent me some seeds also that I can't wait to get started up, jeje things are wierd and happen for a reason sometimes, so the construction next door is alsmost done too so figure wiat for the right moon cycle and get them in the dirt !

Thanks Dubi, and hold on to her man, sounds like you won the lottery with her indeed...jeje I had girl friends that where great, but would have prob smoked all my ganja if I was still with them jejeje hated find'n my bag empty ! jeje good times though.

Bone, if you got any of those link still handy, would be nice to check them out, Tom recomended me some ideas so looking forward to putting them to work. I prob am looking at a long term plan, but the longer the wait the better it should come out right ? jejeje wish I could put it un the middle of my yard as the sun goes over me east to west i'd have the full days light and blue mornig hue's and reds from the afternoon !! jeje i'd cut down trees too even...but got to keep the green house in the dog area, as anyone would be curious and walk'n in at anytime...behind a 6footplus high fence with some dogs gard'n it almost no one dares to go and see. So confindes me to a only that area, but its a fair size area and got a chance to play with some ideas. I hope to get away from the dudes wall and gain more hrs of light, and make it big enough that I can grow other plants too, put the other plants along the sides and in the midle my sweetie ganja If I use the proper plastics and make sure you can't see anything inthere even if you press your face up on it, I'm sure my wife would feel better, bring down the numbers too...jeje she had originaly let me grow 6 max jeje I was play stupid like yeah 6 in veg, 6 in seedlings, and 6 mature'n jejejej and then some...but if i bring the numbers down, and ad other plants as so that it's not a cannabis lab jeje she said she would feel better.

No more jungles...damn jejej gona miss those !

I'l take some new pics the ones i took a while ago are old and in now way resemble whats going on now ! jeje amazing how these planst grow.

Chaman, great to hear what a nice weekend you had, with such fine company.
Life goes on, don't you know. I'm pleased to hear things go well w/ your family matters. That's what's important, when it all gets said & done.

Unfortunately, my grow got seized, but not me. My wife said I'll just have to go back to "the old way", meaning indoors, jejeje! Seeds are a poppin' now, to ease my depression. I live in a wonderful place, but am shaken w/ the invasion of State & DEA pigs, but as I said, life goes on. Just wish the world could exist w/ a little less war and a lot more compassion.

Chaman, you are a great photographer. I showed my ex-wife (we are still friends) your Orchid photos, as well as frog, snakes and fruits from the tropics and it was fun to pass thru your whole thread. It would be nice to see more photos of the slice of life in the tropics. Maybe there are other forums I can look at to see this, but non of them would have the humor and fun as yours. Only a few are mine, others are my boys jeje but he said that monster is from my seeds, so does his brother cuase they normaly stay away from that sativas and stick with the hybirds and indicas since they are so much faster and so...jeje but always eager to smoke my sativas, I gave them many samples from my garden so who knows what cross that could have been, but shes a monster ! about 2 times my size and i'm 6',2" or 1mt 92cm....no shit

the ones in buckets are mine...the ones in dirt are his, same with the greenhouse, those are his too....jeje feel homesick when I go in there.

Most of these are out in the open...under our worst weather, jeje and kick'n ass very few have gotten mold to be surprised, jeje we feel we get more in the greenhouses to be honest, but thats where he has is most picky plants.

my plants have come along realy nice, in the 5 gallon there are actually 5 females doing lovely ! jejeje outdoors under rain and wind, under some yuca for cover jjejeje love'n it.

Peruana !! jeje muy guapa pero enana, jjeje damn had to let go of the clutch...This peru strian is all red and at teh stalk and light florecent green at the leaves, a good friend said that some "punta Roja" where still conserved in parts of Peru so crossing my fingers she and her sisters come from nice genetics indeed.

Yes I, and I never gone give up da fight !!!...when we fall, we got to get back up...mtns in the way we can climb over, sticks and stones that they through can be doged, as long as you keep following that voice that tells ye self ya doin right. Funny, no one mess with the man who sell guns...but you cary you herb, you can be treated like a criminal.

Keep'n things in stride for now, not try'n to step to far or to fast...calculate'n each one carefully. Most these plants are my cusin's small hand full mine, jeje but the genetics in the sativas come from me, and many a good friend here whos shared with me...beside, who not like to see some ganja grown FREE!!!

jeje how ya like dat bout me plants hang'n over my pillow ? jeje laugh my ass off each morning...wake, litteraly here birds sing'n, sun shine'n nice (been rain'n in the afternoons, so mornings are real nice, paradice like.) you open yours eyes....jejeje and man it starts, just start to smile at first then a gigle, as you look up and you see your lovely lady tops hang'n with in arms reach, the heat of the mornig sun bring'n out the smell in dem, jejej almost as you slept getting sprinkles of fairy dust from your tric's on you ! jejeje man it's something else indeed...jee might miss that too much if things work out with my wife...damn !! jejeje

Hey Chaman, been following your grow threads for a while, and really enjoying reading of your Sativa grows. Looks like you got your plants in amongst cassava (manioc) plants there in those last couple of pictures. Neat idea as the cassava plant leaves look so much like indica leaves that they will provide good camoflague but without cutting out too much sunlight.

I live close to the 12-12 equator as well, and after a few poor showings with indica hybrids (Nirvana Northern Lights & Bubblegum), I've finally decided to follow your example and focus on the Sativas which are less fussy about the daylight hours out here in the tropics. Down in the swamp my Nirvana Cali Orange (Sat/Ind Hybrid) is growing massive though, and threatening to tip over its swamp tube, but still for my next grow its gonna be pure landrace sativas all the way.

My beans on order : World of Seeds Wild Thai and Kulu Seeds pure Thai, both sold by the Alien Online Growshop, and from good old Dr. Chronic I've got beans on the way for Hawaiian Snow (Greenhouse Seeds), Paia Hawaiiana (Sativa Seedbank) and Pakalolo (Sativa Seedbank).

Looking forward to that Thai vs. Hawaiian potency showdown in a few months, and enjoying your posts as always. Later

Very true, I didn't know its name like that...there are about 5 types and we cultivate its root "yuca" and make many delicious things with it, and yes it's great cover till ya plants over come it...grows fast and it clones almost too easy so we can pop them about and other camo plants and let thigns kinda grow wild around the place too, so from above it looks like a part of the yard thats been abandonded sorta say, little wild trees grow'n all over I want too add some jap maples and other types taht i've seen around here that alos mimic the leaf partern and colors to disorientate the eye, and on any scaner the whole area should show up lush and wet in the dry season from above...jeje not like Tom told me happend on Cali, it's all dry and all the sudden you see blue spots, jeje from the dudes been water'n them while everything else is litteraly die'n dry. Streams would be great too grow near in those cases or under trees, but here its prety uniform unless your out in Guanacaste where its tropical dry climate. Wow...jeje mega rip's we got some morracan hash 1gm for $10US and rolled up a faty of my grapefruit plant and jejjeje holy sheep shit!

My cusin had scored some gums and some northerns that did very well, sure didn't even reach 4feet maybe not even 3 feet, but had amazing coka cola bottle buds, these where started at the end of rains and started to flower with the incoming of our dry season. When the very best buds are cultivated in my opion. If we had started these in a greenhouse during the early wet season it would have have a great mold problem at hand. So please never stop grow'n what ya like, just know when to grow it...jjejeej and see ya self about save'n some for the other seasons. I save the best topps, even up to a yr or more some times...the last parts for those special moments a friend come around, or feel like celebrate'n some'tin special...wow what a well cured bud can taste like !

The other strians sound amazing ! jeje please share pics when ever you got a spare moment to share.

No need to have edited my friend but yeah man, its best to know as many a language you can these days...jeje the more asian the better it seems too.

It's always good to see more poeple grown in the tropics, your indoor could be a great tool for clones and veging save'n alot on light bills if you could flower ou side in the natural 12/12 jeje but if you like things to be more a clock work thing then yes ya can count you days and hrs under the lights and i'm sure do an excelent job indeed, indoor buds are more an art and sience so much respect. I just have always beleave'd take advantage of what ya got around your self, nature does wonders here thats for sure..but ya can't pace nature, she work her own way...

Tom confirmed something that Uncle Ben had once told me about doing a "White wash" with dilutes water paint at maybe 25% paint over my plastic cover...it's what they used to do back in the day jejeje I don't know, kinda kills the idea of letting as much sun in as I can, but my family safty the first thing indeed.

jeje oh I wish I had a wet suit that day...it's a shore brake and its masive world clse waves and I realy don't know what i'm doing so when you up lets say 8 or 9 feet and suddenly the whole line just drops!!! jeje and you remember all that water underneath had been sucked up to creat this mas of crashing thunder agianst a now shallow bottom....jeje man you smack that sand hard, then comes the tumblin machine roaring on top jejej a wet suit could have saved me a few layers of skin thats for sure jeje but yeah the water is luke warm...almost like everyone a piss in it the same time LOL after the rains it cool down and get a little dirty from the sediments from the rivers empty'n into the ocean jeje a few crocs ! baracudas sharks...you name it we all share it. just amazing...but the thrill when you catch one right, jeje damn thats life.

hehe i remember all too well the sensacion of getting tumbled and crawl complettelly trashed to the beach and puke.. hehe swallowing huge loads of salt water sucks hehe but damn i miss it.. santa teresa is great for learning - with constant smooth waves - but before sunset the waves can get nasty.. hehe

it truly is an magnificant feeling.. and i miss it every day.. i seriously got to look into doing it some way over here.. even if i at some stage got to dosh out money for a wetsuit..

the best is to paddle out on a longboard to jsut outside the break - and move up and down with the waves, smoking a fattie before u try to get back to the shore.. hehe

im all long boards - the times it ried those shortter things i just realized how much smoking affects my energy levels hehe.. the tropical sun and spliffs jsut wipes you out after a full day anyway.. and on top the strain of paddling all the time.. great excersize if u got the time

i checked a few cheap epoxy resin-longboards and maybe.. just maybe

i think ur best bet could be to order specialized green-house plastic. there is several kinds - some have a double shamber refracting the light etc - also there is opaque plastics that difract and difuse the light too.

it means a few bucks more in expense - but it seems worth it for sure - aparently these plastics do let in much more sunrays than the normal plastics. also the UV resistance is better and normally they are made to last several seasons. i know a link to a spanish big shop/company/provider pm me if u want to check their web-page - its FULL of interesting landscaping, gardening and agricultural things and products! the shop is just about half an hours drive from here. PM me and lets see..
