Japanese villagers in Ogimi on Okinawa have longest lives on average on the planet. clean air & water (fairly isolated) and a diet consisting of seafood, seaweed, mostly raw vegetables, and unfortunately for me, lots of tofu. they are 80% less likely to have coronary heart disease, breast & prostate cancer, & the lowest rate in the world for the 3 most common causes of death. accordingly, they have 4 times the centenarians of any other population in the world. does not hurt to have a warm climate allowing outdoor recreation & activities pretty much year round either.
