I still get confused by my timer, two slighty different little pins that go into a clock face. If i dont get them the right way around it wont work.

In a stoner moment i have sat around playing with it for nearly an hour before getting it right

The new timer worked I did realize that the other timer not working was due to user error


Gonna feed them for the first time today when lights come on I think. Any opinions on whether or not I should give them some of the pure blend bloom I have, or should I wait for a couple weeks into flowering before I start supplementing with it?

Well, just gave them their first feeding since starting 12/12. All timer situations have been resolved, and found to be user error

I went ahead and gave them a tsp per gallon of the pure blend in addition to 1.5tsp micro and 1.5tsp bloom. Solution pHed to 6.5. All the girls are looking nice. Preflowers are EVERYWHERE Im curious to see where the flowers actually form. Can't wait to see how much they stretch too. So far there hasn't been much stretch thus far, but Im sure it will come.

showed them quick. 2 days ago there were no signs of sex (that I could see) but today when I took a look into my garden, I was saddened to see my favorite plant has balls



How long (about) can I leave the boy in there before I have to worry about them pollinating my girls?



The girls have are growing hairs all over the place. Lots of pubes Can't wait to see how/where the buddage starts to form

BTW, the girls have all grown 2-4 inches since starting 12/12. Not a whole lot of stretch, just like dezer predicted. Thanks again dezer, glad I let them go as long as I did.

Now I just have to keep my fingers crossed that my girls didnt' recieve any spray.

won't kill you.

You can take it out as soon as you're sure of the sex.

You can save the pollen and pollenate your females and just do 1 bud.

Or you can leave it in there whack it way down and pollenate all you other females.

But if you don't want any seeds, take it out as soon as you know for sure it's male.

And if you get a few beans, trade, give away, grow out or save 'em.

then no worries Im just worried Im gonna get a complete seed crop, that would suck.
I knew i shoulda killed the boys when I found them, but I was pretty attached to them, and it was hard to do. It had to be done though, lets just hope it wasn't to late.

Ive been lagging on the updates. Been having some technical issues, the net has been running slow the last couple of days, but I think its better now, hopefully.


The plants are looking great. They are stretching just like I thought they would, not exploading, but some signifigant growth none the less.

heres the pics...

20" at start of 12/12, 28" and growing fast. About an inch a day thus far

18" at start of 12/12, 24" currently

the runt, 14" at start of 12/12, now 20". Looking very healthy, shook off whatever issues it had (mag def maybe ) nicely after I transplanted and started phing the water.

I plan to feed every other watering from now on. Don't want to overfert, my first grow is not the time or place to push the envelope.

Still haven't started budding as far as I can tell. The existing preflowers got larger, and new ones popped up all over the branchy growths. Hope the buddage starts soon, can't wait to watch them develope


Almost forgot to mention the clones. One is exploading with growth. The roots are already starting to come out the bottom the the 16ounce cup its in. Gonna have to transplant in a few days probably. The other one is not taking off, but its not looking to bad either. Im sure itll come around. I think I just threw it under the HID light a little to fast. Probably shoulda let the roots develope a little more.
Im gonna be taking 10-20 cuts (total) from the 3 plants tomorrow, that way I can do a little clone run Plus, I might like on of the plants enough to keep around for a little bit, who knows.

Thats it for now, Ill update in a couple days. Im expecting at least a few more inches of stretch before they get down to business. Wonder how much different theyll look in a couple days

Give some good mist of plain water on the room. it will kill the pollen that left in the air.
and some seeds didn't kill any one on the contrary if it's a good male you have some F2.

look good and put the light as low as you can that they will not be to tall.

Man, I just typed out this nice long update, and when I tried to post the server said I had to many smilies or something 2nd time its happened to me(that I can remember).

So you guys are gonna get a short and sweet reply this time....Im fiending for a cig and was looking forward to going to the store after the update.

^^^this one is right in the middle of my other 2 as far as sativa/indica mix (looking anyway)

Looks like i have 3 phenos out of 3 girls, so hopefully one of them is some decent smoke. I have cuts from all the phenos, so if I do find that I have a keeper, Ill be able to do a full clone run in the future. Im hoping the runt aka indica pheno is impressive, because its just such a beautiful plant...Id love to have 20 or 30 clones going...would be a nice sight

Man your women look good, and you can always hope that it doesnt get to bad as far as the seeds go. But then you have some new seeds from which to grow..not what you wanted but you know..Im thinking of doing some lowryder next. Considering it only takes 2 months from seed to flower. Then ill try to make some lowryder seeds and not have to worry bout buying anymore lowryder. and then grow out a couple crops of that, depending on how much i need to get me through..Trying to make my Lifesaver and NL my super special weed, and im hoping to get enough to last me so i can become totally self sufficient. Your plants are lookng killer and i hope that all goes well the rest of the way..Almost 2 weeks now huh?

I wasn't aware that lowryder was a 2 month total process. How is that possible? and insanely fast flowering time that is quick to autoflower???

Itll be 2 weeks on wednesday About a month to go after that Oh man I can't wait....even if I get a seedy crop, as long as my plants are healthy and happy for the next 4-6 weeks Ill be pleased. This grow was for experience more then anything else afterall.

Hows your shit going bro? You gotta get some pics man, im dying to see what they look like.

Keep me updated, even if its just dropping a PM every now and then.

these bitches grow more every day. Finally getting some growth like Ive been looking for. The indica is getting FAT. The indicas are so beautiful, the large thick dark green leaves are enough to give me wood

I think Im gonna have to grow some kushes...since they are the king of indicas

Ill have some pics and an update on wed, 2 weeks 12/12.

EDIT: when I say indica, I mean the plant Im calling the indica pheno....just thought I would clear that up

well its been a full 2 weeks. All the plants are looking great. Nice and dark green. all the girls are pretty much done stretching, not that they stretched a whole lot anyway, about what was expected.

Dude what sweetness..They are looking green and fat. Mine are doing okay, my LS is still stretching , and i had to tie down the main stem, and some of the other branches. Kinda pissed me off. the NL is done stretching i think...I hope so..Hairs popping out in bundles everywhere...its killer. Nice job. ill keep checking..Been dealing with stuff, and the Digicam went back to my buddy, so im gonna have ot get one of my own.

those are some nice lookin' ladies Gift, don't worry about the seeds, i seeded some clones and compared them to the unseeded and there was honestly no difference potency wise, they just had less bag appeal (i guess..ppl don't want to pay for a few seeds when they buy bud) anyways......good luck with the rest of ur grow,

Thats good to hear that the seeded bud still got ya stoned. If I get a few seeds I won't be bitching about it Trust me, the mids I have to deal with in my area at the moment won't be much to compare to. If these buds dont' turn out considerably better then the stuff Im smoking on right now I have major issues.


I hope the last 4-5 weeks are as easy as the first 2...because its been smooth sailing thus far. The plants are all looking better then I could have imagined.
