I grabbed 100 of his mendo docs og and he tossed me about 20 X18 freebies. Going to get them going next run. Really love the description on them. I’ll def be reproducing them to keep them around for myself for years to come.If his DC and X18 are anything as good as his haze you could be pretty much sorted for smoke on those 3 varieties and crosses alone.
I feel obliged to post about it as it really is that good.
Must take a lot of work to keep those lines going for all those years.
"The Haze Hill" ...is a movie that has since gained a cult following sparking a number of sequels...THH 2 , 3 ...Damn this thread is one big flame war. Honestly, could not care less to get this strain after seeing comments and reading my whole way through it.
Some dont seem to understand that admiration is the furthest thing from understanding. My understanding of cannabis is completely opposite to what I am seeing here. Also, there is life outside and beyond all of this.
Haze wars have been going since I started on cannabis threads in about 2007. They'll still be going next century if some of these breeders/chuckers have their own human children. A lot of this shitfight is just marketing. There's a small number of individuals interested in long flowering plants, therefor limited customers.Damn this thread is one big flame war. Honestly, could not care less to get this strain after seeing comments and reading my whole way through it.

good question, i put it into chat gpt and rephrased it a little, here's what it saidAnother question for those more knowledgeable, if I have say 20 THH plants and none are the 5% will breeding them give the same odds of creating the 5% in the resulting seed through the stored genetics??
Year or so ago I asked Tom about finding the 5% male for breeding with out of about 50 seeds. He told to grow then out. Do an open pollination and then start as many of those seeds as possible to look for the winning male. So he seems to feel it's possible.good question, i put it into chat gpt and rephrased it a little, here's what it said
The odds of obtaining the 5% exceptional phenotype in the resulting seed will depend on the genetic composition of the plants you are breeding. If none of the 20 plants exhibit the exceptional phenotype, it suggests that the desired trait may be rare or recessive in the current population.
Breeding a smaller number of plants does not inherently affect the odds of obtaining the exceptional phenotype. However, working with a larger population of plants increases the chances of uncovering hidden genetic variations and increasing the diversity of the gene pool, which can improve the likelihood of finding the desired trait.
By selecting and breeding plants that exhibit desirable traits, you can increase the chances of obtaining offspring with those traits. It's important to implement appropriate breeding strategies, such as selective breeding, backcrossing, and phenotypic screening, to enhance the probability of obtaining the desired phenotype in subsequent generations.
