I'm not going to get into that with you.Well what did he do? I'm a pretty good judge of character if you tell me the crime!
When someone is incarcerated. Every one suffers .

There are _always_ two sides to every story. Sometimes both of them are very good, sometimes they're _both_ very bad.Well what did he do? I'm a pretty good judge of character if you tell me the crime!
No, I trust my Better Judgment just fine! There are _always_ two sides to every story. Sometimes both of them are very good, sometimes they're _both_ very bad.
In drunk driving fatalities, fucking _everybody_ loses.
One fundamental thing I've learned, in my almost seven decades of living, is that _judging_ people for their actions, when they fuck up and are at their _worst_ is that... _I'm_ in absolutely no fucking position to _judge_.
You're mileage, of course, may vary but in reading a couple of _your_ posts:
"I use to drink and drive ALL THE TIME!! unfortunately I only got caught 1 of those times!"
I'll repeat what I've already said:
There by the grace of God, go I.
You only got caught once. What if you didn't get caught and then someone stepped out between two parked cars, in complete darkness, and you hit and _killed_ them?
How would you like to being in your _eighth_ of prison????? Only _two_ more to go, if you can just _survive_.
Quite obviously, your life would be so very fucking different than it is now.
Would that bring the dead person back?
Hopefully as you age, you'll learn not to be so judgmental.
been several folks popped for that near here in Hawkins Co, over the years. never heard of anyone on a skateboard or roller-skates...yet. tomorrow is another day.i know a guy that got a dui on a bike.hell you can even get a dui on a horse.
That's really awful. I realize he left the scene and it made it so much worse, but I still sympathize over this situation and your friend.we've had people here locally deliberately murder someone, or kill them in a fight, and not get ten years. he hit a woman crossing the road and it damn near dark, with no street lights or crosswalk. but because he panicked and fled the scene, it made a bad situation look a lot worse than it needed to be. local DA has a real hard-on for ANYTHING that happens after you have two beers...and this is an election year. JMHO
Incarceration isn't enough justice? Getting beaten is more fitting? Wow. You sure seem like a real treat.I did 11 years the judge gave him the time it is his choice how he does it.
Throw some money on his books regularly if he doesn't have any and you actually care about him.
Guy here did the same exact thing the woman died and all he got was probation.
He did almost get beat to death twice as well which was more fitting imo.
Unfortunately some people will never empathize with the misfortune of others. The positive side is that these conversations eek the ignorant and intolerant out of the woodwork for me to add to my ignore list, which is fucking glorious and getting bigger everyday.wasn't looking for any. hang on to it, you'll need it someday... it could be any of us on a bad day, pedestrian stepping out into traffic.
Bicycles have the right of way in the Dam. Just ask them.Try Amsterdam. If the cars and cabbies don't kill you, the trolley might.
How performative of you.Incarceration isn't enough justice? Getting beaten is more fitting? Wow. You sure seem like a real treat.

It's hard to make a rational decision when a person is drunk. My friend got pissed up and walked into a bank and demanded the till, got 2 less a day and when i visited him he said he didn't remember going in and it was the bank he kept his money in. Sober he is a shirt off his back kinda guy.drinking and driving is no joke and i hope he learned from this
/you get your shit right before you get drink so you dont have to drive

We've had 3 hit and run deaths in the last year in Mn.i agree and i know people it happened to. but he is low class leaving a person for dead and running away.maybe if he wasnt a selfish asshole he could of saved her life.my dad just got out of prison last month for his 4th DUI.hes an asshole too
yeah, making a bad situation worse with no possible up side. panic is an unusual thing. nobody knows what they would do until it actually strikes. we all THINK we do, but...Hit and run being the key words here........leaving a innocent person you hit to die alone is about as shitty a move a person can make.
The running over may have been accidental the running away is most definitely not.

One turned themselves in, conscience couldn't handle it.
Other 2 still nothing, one was a Doctor walking her dog.
