darn - I had hoped she'd sprout - if you don't mind me asking do you use anything as far as an antifungal in your germination/seedling water? I've always used a few drops of bleach in my water that is used for seed soaking and wetting of the medium - that and I really like rw cubes for germination. I actually did a how to thread on germining seeds that I will humbly recommendNiteTiger said:Yep, I agree with everything Suga.
The B52 I have a cut of in the veg room, as a mom, since it's the only known genetics I have going right now. That poor little TWxBurmese tried, but just couldn't make it. Sprouted, then two days later flopped over and never came back
sounds yummy in a gross wayNiteTiger said:So, the B52 is the mom for now, just so I have a known quantity to keep me in smoke while I make more discerning selections.
As far as the bagseed, I really hadn't planned on screening for moms out of this batch. But then that 1st flowering bagseed caught my eye. She went into flower quickly, and bud formation is progressing well. She also has the most interesting aroma... Kind of a soury chemmy type smell. Kinda like someone peed on a dead skunk while their car leaked fluid nearby. So I'm definitely keeping an eye on her for a reveg, depending on the smoke of course.

I don't have a smaller wattage lamp to setup, which is why I'm thinking of going flip-flop. I've got the parts for a flip flop, so it'd just cost me about $50 for materials for the new pod. I wouldn't be doubling my cooling needs though - only 1 would be on at a time, and I've already got an A/C for another pod.
I went a little nuts buying cheap A/Cs off of Craigslist
