We just got notice from the landlord that they want to put the house back on the market for sale... We rent...
Our lease is up June 30, we were going to renew for another year.
They said we can stay for the whole year if we want or do a 6 month lease. If we stay for the year we will have to deal with them showing the house to potential buyers which means the house will have to be spotless...
I don't want to go too far into detail but we don't really enough money for a downpayment on another house and we don't want to be stuck renting again.
I AM NOT ASKING FOR ANY GIFTS OR HAND OUTS! I DONT WANT ANYTHING FOR FREE!
Just a little comfort from fellow stoners that have dealt with hardships before. any ideas?
