just got back from a coffeshop tour iwth my boyz
Haarlem and Amsterdam...

THIS IS MY OPINION.....all of us did not agree, but I am definately the senior, most toelrant toker in the crew...it takes a high end herb to get me buzzed, never mind whacked.

With a few (excellent) exceptions...i would take the worst shite I ever grew as a newbie and match it up to Adam's highest priced, over-chemed, non-flushed, gack crap mulch any day of the week. It all mostly tasted the same and left me with either a flat buzz or a mild headache.

Thank goodness I arranged to have some of my own on hand while i was way...fuk em if they cant tak a joke!

Haarlem...being away from the pot tourist mecca...had some adavantages..mostly quality was better..although selection was not as varied in Adam...

We hit over 55 shops in 4 days and spent over $1,000 Euro sampling and documenting our journey thru both local and well known coffee places.


Just a few faves along the way.....I will not cast aspursions on those coffeeshops I found lacking in product, quality, etc. I feel we are all entitled to our opinions and do not want to be the source of any pre-judgements.

Mr. Nice is easily in the top 3 best breeders, if not, maybe even the best. Even get extra seeds. All around quality.

They got tired of losing money...It really is a shame that the cup has become the unofficial MySpace party zone!

Its not my idea but it deserves consideration, HT should rename it the Amsterdam Party Cup and give up the pretense of judging anything!

It used to be that you were encouraged to sample as many strains as possible and they checked your "passport" before giving you your earned T-shirt. Now, the Tshirt is handed to you when you arrive and you can vote starting the 2nd day whether you visited 1 coffeeshop or not!

And too many people who attend the cup are like you mentioned in the 1st part of your message (not quoted)

Light weights are more likely to vote for the best party or freebie or the person who treated then nicely rather than the best weed! And they are becoming more vocal and proud of their ignorance!!

you know what niemand? Give the babies their cannabis cup. How satisfying can it be when you know you've bought the cup instead of earning it? If I were a breeder like Rezdog and others I would just laugh. It shows that these guys are the real breeders and they have to be screwed over by arjan in order for arjan to win.

They can keep their cup. The real growers and smokers know that the people who are on this forum are the REAL kings of cannabis.
