This Is How You Kill Powder Mildew Forever!!!!!

It's turns out one application was definitely not sufficient to completely eradicate the PM from my Satori.

It is, however, greatly reduced. It only showed it small amounts and late into flower, I can tell the plant has not been affected during growth like the last 2 runs progressively were.

I'm pretty confident another treatment on the next generation will be the death blow, but even it shows one more time I've certainly got a lot left.

would you hit it with eagle 20 days before flower and then once again just before the flip?

also preventative light sulfur burn once a week for the first 3 wks of flower or is that unnecessary?

thanks

Krunch great advice about the eagle 20. worked wonders. It hasa never come back. I had a question about floramite and pyryth foggers. How much floramite do you use per gallon. And what foggers do you use. Thank's for your help in advance.

Floramite use to be 4 drops per liter or 1.3ml's per gallon. As for foggers Dr Doom are have been super popular here forever. Other wise Konk 418 in a dispenser (although Konk dispensers are a rip off - you can find ones a 1/2 the price)

If you wanted to be technical couldn't you just say you could prevent any plant disease by understanding for there to be a disease there needs to be three things. A host, a pathogen, and a proper environment. And if you remove any of the three you don't have a disease. I cut a lot of my problems with powdery mildew by giving a good flush at the beginning of my flower cycle to get rid of any excess nitrogen because it is linked with making a lot of plants more susceptible to mold. And then I keep my relative humidity between 40-50%. Any lower causes the plants to often respirate faster than they uptake.

according to the organic guys Eagle20 is some seriously bad shit that is shown to stunt testes growth in rats, so if you are huffing or drinking the shit to get high, or using it as shampoo for your kids it would be advisable to stop....

now unless some lab tests confirm that the bad ingredient in eagle20 shows up in finished nugs, i call BS....as long as you only spray in veg id venture to say your nugs will be fine to smoke, etc..

i read that too . Here I am though fighting pm at the end of harvest , agonizing the inevitable loss that comes with it, while another grow spot I sprayed with eagle 20 once and didn't see any PM at all. Im definitely convinced that it works and I'm gonna use it on my main grow next time , but I would like to see a current lab test that shows no traces. Krunch ? Did the lab test for fungicides when you had your sample analyzed ?

I have not seen mildew in like year I think. Ever since eagle 20. I love this stuff. I am getting so confident I am thinking of not even using it this round, since I used it on my mothers like 4 months ago. Anyone stop using it once they have treated their environment and mothers with it?

I love this stuff.

Like Krunch said, "I've given away more of it than I will ever use"...

yup me too ....even so, that bottle should last about forever at the rate it gets used. does the stuff have a max shelf life?

You're speaking of suppression, not elimination. Krunch's contention is that he is eliminating it based on the thread title. Also, if you are "cut[ting] a lot of your problems," it sounds like you haven't eliminated it.

I didn't want to hassle with ordering it and then storing another bottle forever. Immunox lawn spray concentrate is 2.0% myclobutanil. For $12, I think I can handle the math and it's available everywhere.

damn guys, got some pm / mildew spots on at a swamp location. the standard organic products are not working.

does eagle work in nasty outdoor conditions ?

Oxidate is 30% H2O2 if you follow the website.

Just tested a homemade mix of Hydrogen Peroxide (HP) 3% H2O2 with Baking Soda (BS).

The mix seemed on the strong side @ 1.5 cup HP & 3 tsp BS for 3 gal total spray.

Big "still veggin' (wtf?)" plants with PM in a swamp were sprayed HEAVILY about 3 days ago & now look better than they have all year with NO PM.

Hit the fresh sterilized plants with a copper sulfate spray for a layer of protection.

these items are "the natural big guns" for molds & such from what info ive gathered on other "organic" gardening sites.

The HP oxidizes & the BS alkalizes :) Brush your teeth with it & you will see. lol

Im just THRILLED with the results of the homemade HP+BS spray so far.

I did use a homemade sticker+spreader of molasses+yucca fpe also.

Ive been searching for the "holey grail" homemade "death to all nasties" gurilla spray for some time.

Its going to a long 2 months, Lets hope things work out.
