cut your losses,have you ever lived on the streets?let me tell you being homless is one of the worst experiences of my life.i cant tell you in words what its like to have nowhere to go asking people you dont know for help but its not nice theres no security its fuckin cold at night and there other people that will stab you for your food.i only did it for a short while in a public park but it sucked.

40 plants in the bay area? psh, thats nothin. Prob wouldn't even be arrested if you got a RX or two.

The main thing you need to do is calculating whether it's worth the big spike in your overhead to pay more for your current spot.

If it isn't, then delay him 3 months by telling him you will buy it once you fix some dings in your credit, finish out the flowering, then find a new place (I realize this isn't easy but if you start looking for a new place now then you might be able to pull it off. Took me three months to find my perfect place).

im not worried about being busted and being in jail(thats not going to happen), im worried about the cops taking my money and losing my crop!

damn man sorry to hear if i had the extra space i could store those mommas but im packed full.

i would NOT tell the landlord, definately string him along as much as possible so you can chopp those formaggios.

plan #1 should be what you had in mind, offer to buy in 3 months.

If he doesnt sound to excited, option #2 is to have to double up and pay what his mortgage is for three months and then bail...

Don't want to sound like someone to take advantage... but obviously if all else fails or something... ITS PROP 215 medicinal!! Most people don't know plant number limits, but I have a friend who had about 40 plants and was "narced on". The cops just told him to get compliant, and left!! (in the south bay)

Then you must be just posting this thread for the attention, you know since you are'nt worried and all! Dude, I hope you grow a million plants and make a zillion dollars but remember the squeakiest wheel always get's the grease first! People do goto jail for much less than what you have and I think you should try to plan better next time situation wise or eventually the good luck runs out. I really do wish you the best, just be aware that it can happen dude and it does all the time. Just because you say it won't doesn't mean it won't. Whatever you do, of course don't tell the landlord! Money talks as you probably know so that's surely the best choice next to clearing it all out in some miracle of time and effort. :joint:

alright this is what you do... go tell your landlord and then go pack your bags and go on a couple day vacation somewhere you can get some major putang.. once your back go ahead and chill out in your living room smoke a few good joints and when the next knock comes go ahead and bend over, wrap your head around your ass and then kiss it good bye... no one in thier right mind would be "cool" with you growing dope in their house. Even if its legal, even if he is procannabis... greed is a bitch and people hate to see someone gettin off easy at thier expense..period!! Wrap up the grow, get what you can get and save your own ass... I cant believe you would even consider that as a possibilty.... lay off the shit for a few days and let the mind clear on up!!

Why not legitimize your money, go take a couple of trips to las vegas and gamble, get the money clean, come back and you have all the receipts to prove that it is your money you made playing texas holdem or black jack. Then you can buy the place.

hey if its 40 plants couldnt you show him your rec and maybe a homie's rec and say you are within limits and all that. hes not a cop and wont be able to prove shit, half the time the cops barely even check the 215 cards, print out some bogus paperwork and stick them all over the grow.

Hi krunchbubble

I certainly do know about the situation you are in. You are growing in 3 rooms at a rented house that must be one the market. Not good. That seems like it would be a grow for more than just personal use, so you should be able to afford a solution to this if you know what I mean.

In your situation I would go with grow tents instead of custom built rooms. Just rip it down and come back in with tents next time. That would allow you to pull the plants out into 24ft box truck as others have mentioned, and have fairly quick tear downs and setups. You can get a box truck for around $100 or so, and do the move at night. A small investment in a set of grow tents and a well thought out plan for the days of inspection are a manditory thing, or you should not be doing this.

I would never tell the landlord, no matter how cool you think he is.

cant, these investors said they need to see every square inch of the house. if they discover the grows, they may call the cops. im sure the landlord wont, but not 100%. :wallbash:

no way you can tell your landlord ... make up sth else .. like your spanking / pr0n production cellar ;)

now the other option of telling to buy and quiting 3 months later also sounds TONS BETTER than going for the real thing =)
