Don't tell the LL.

if your gonna buy a house, i'd find a good friend with his own legit business. have him put you on payroll, an 90 days later you can buy a house..
Doing this or something similar to establish an income would probably be a good idea. Get away from landlord hassles.

And on that note, is there any way to have the original quotes that the person you are quoting quoted show up in your post? It sucks they don't automatically appear, as it doesn't always make since in the post.

appreciate the words guys! with the exception of RugerBaby, i havent been doing this this long because im stupid......im just confident enough that i can pull this off........

called him and made an appointment to talk to him tomorrow. im going to ask him to call off the dogs and i will be willing to pay what i need to (insane amount) for the next 3 months. enough to end these grows, start flowering 1 more, tear down and clean up. wont mention the grow unless he says the investors need to see the house. he wont want them to see it, im sure. give him my 30 day and split....

my numbers are relatively low, under 40 flowering, 40 vegging.

Maybe they are not "investors" coming but cops or D.E.A agents, maybe he gave you the heads up by telling you people were coming and had to see the whole house. I have to say with all due respect that I think you give out far too much information and personal details & even though you are here in Cali and the laws are much more friendly towards medical mj it's only a matter of time before you will get busted if you are so generous with info about your self admitted commercial grows. I think it's a bad move to keep those plants there and risk it because you cannot control his reaction. Also if you tell him, he is going to tell someone else even if it's not the cops. It's a well known fact that if you tell one person then eventually many people will know that you don't even know. I really hope it all works out man, be safe and use your head. Get those plants outta there fast, maybe ask for more time to clean up, etc. :joint:

Like I did with yours...I had to go copy the first quote, then add it in with yours--:smokeit:
BTW...I know it was depublished...that is the most recent take on it--
Peace--:smokeit:

there investors, meet them last weekend when they came with the Realtor. didnt let them in because i had no 24 hour notice, i got the call earlier today that they are coming back.
i may give out a bit to much info. but what im doing now, is FAR less then what i used to do and got in a tad trouble for. im not the paranoid type, its what has kept me out of jail, with the exception of a 72 hr hold, for 18 years....
im small time, it may look a little big, but i make big things happen in small spaces. most the growers i know have much bigger setups, but cant pull the yields as me........

if i tell him that, he will want to start the loan process tomorrow. hes already mentioned this. i told him that there are a few things that i need to fix on my credit report first.

you know what? good idea! tell him i will buy, give me 3 months to fix my credit, offer to pay the kings ransom, but then bail at the end of the 3 months...

The investors are probably still gonna wanna see the house dude. I am suprised you have kept this going with so many landlord issues and him trying to sell/show the house. I hope you know what you are doing man. Be safe. :joint:

40 plants is so not worth it. and why do you need so much room to grow 40 plants? it can be done in a walk in closet...lol

shut up. lol. It's unreal how many dumb people there are on this forum.

40 plants in the bay area? psh, thats nothin. Prob wouldn't even be arrested if you got a RX or two.

The main thing you need to do is calculating whether it's worth the big spike in your overhead to pay more for your current spot.

If it isn't, then delay him 3 months by telling him you will buy it once you fix some dings in your credit, finish out the flowering, then find a new place (I realize this isn't easy but if you start looking for a new place now then you might be able to pull it off. Took me three months to find my perfect place).

Sounds like an awesome house, sorry this guy is messing shit up for u

I assume your lease is a month-to-month? Better be because he can't just sell the house out from under you while you still hold a valid lease. Your lease term has to be up before he can sell.

I wouldnt tell him what you do, no matter what. Someone else mentioned seizures but he'd probably be more worried about you burning the house down entirely after he knows the amount of juice you're pulling and for what. "Cool" doesn't mean they won't value their property and freak out. Either keep him out entirely somehow or break everything down. There isn't much middle ground and greed brings down a lot of people. Good luck in whatever you decide to do.

damn man sorry to hear if i had the extra space i could store those mommas but im packed full.

i would NOT tell the landlord, definately string him along as much as possible so you can chopp those formaggios.

plan #1 should be what you had in mind, offer to buy in 3 months.

If he doesnt sound to excited, option #2 is to have to double up and pay what his mortgage is for three months and then bail...
