Things you do NOT do while high?

Lane-splitting on my motorcycle. People will argue this, but I ride high as long as I'm out in the country away from cross-traffic. If you lane-split more than a few times a week when you're high, you're going to get hurt. Having a clear head in the final seconds during a wreck can mean the difference between you moving your leg before it gets pinned or not.

what are some rule of thumb things not to do while high?

i frequently forget to turn my lights on while high, so i am strongly considering invoking a policy against smoking and driving. a lot of people seem not to be phased at all.

Driving is a big no-no, imo. Obviously, I have nothing against smoking, but I do against smoking and driving. It's driving under the influence, any way you look at it. I try not to avoid conversations with my parents. After 28 years, they can most likely tell if I'm ****ed up, and I'm still not comfortable around them, lol.

I agree with the above as well.......
driving sober is best. For all the shyte I ever gave my folks for being too strict or overbearing, I must admit that they were mostly proven to be right. Err on the side of caution and the consequences will mostly be minimal.

OK.......that being said here are just a few things I wouldn't do while stoned, maybe even not while sober.
(1) No roofing! Only two things should fall from the sky, bird shyte & idiots (skydivers take note).
(2) No logging! Chainsaws & potential energy finally released (tree falling) can be deadly even when done by experts. And more shyte falling from the sky.
(3) No stashing your stash while high! Wanna forget where ya put yer shyte? Just try to be real clever in a hiding spot whilst you're buzzed. But don't worry, your roomate will likely share it with you when he/she eventually finds it.

For me, things I would never do stoned...

-Drive. While I would be able to drive competently (and perhaps better), I would rather not risk getting pulled over while high. Driving is one thing, dealing with a cop is a whole different ball game.
-Go to work. Unless I was my own boss or worked by myself doing something I could do with my eyes closed.
-Anything that required a lot of concentration or quick reaction times that could result in injury. Such as rock climbing or mountain biking on steep or uneven terrain.
-Ride a jet ski. The amount of times I've fallen off of one going 65+ mph or just flipping it over doesn't make me want to do it unless I'm sober.
-Talk to people who don't smoke or have never been high. Makes me paranoid and uncomfortable.

It depends on the weed. I can do pretty much anything I want smoking this Indica stuff they sell around here...as well as the indica dominant weed I grew myself.

i dis agree i drive stoned all the ****ing time and i love it! never had a problem once i find it helps relax me..it really does. especially with all the **** heads around. i agree i hate talkin to sober people ive known for a long time thati know are not stoners...i also dont like to go to places where non stoners hang out, ive learned that birds of a feather flock together...

I agree, I can very easily drive after smoking a ton, but I don't ever talk about it or encourage it as I've met enough people that shouldn't/can't do it. It depends on the person too much.

I'd say, school (atleast not anymore), job interviews, and work (but just because smoking is better after a long hard day).

I smoke all day while working, and smoked a joint before the interview

I also have no problem driving while stoned, actually makes me safer. I've even been pulled over (tags) baked off my ass, and the cop didn't notice anything.

But like you said, I never encourage it, because a lot of people can't.

3 things I never do while stoned:

1) Go grocery shopping...you either buy food you never cook or eat...
2) Go to Home Depot or Lowe's...no explanation necessary...
3) Make a spontaneous bet on any sporting event...

I love to do everything stoned, it just gives me more energy and focus so I can do my best : play contact sports, make sex, running, jet ski, go to wal mart, go to music shows, surfing, going to the local mall, do some tuff exercise, study deep history facts like the Bush family and mind control, planting, building anything, soccer, you name it.... herb gives pure energy directly from GODs house, God put marijuana in this planet so we can get a little taste of heaven... oh yeah, no problems with driving, drive slower, care for human life... unlike alcohol , that makes people speed and and make violents stupid deaths.... take care everybody, its just my humble opinion. herb is good for everthing.... its a plant for gods sake and relieves pressure and energizes at the same time.. truly, for me its the healing and medicine....

To all the posters who say they wouldn't go to an interview stoned. I do and have several times. It's better to let your future employers know what you look like while your stoned, so that when you come into work, you look normal in their eyes.

I do damn near everything while high. Even high work like steel work or roofing or rigging. It helps my ADD rattled brain focus on the task at hand, keeps me calm, and because I know I'm stoned, will take extra time to do the task correctly and thoroughly, without injury. If I'm not high, I lose focus, and rush things so I can "just get them done and get the hell down from these rediculous heights".

Ok, there is one thing I won't do high - grocery shop. I end up spending twice what I wanted to on a bunch of crap I don't really need.
