I been looking at a few vert systems myself...
RE: the subculture If it has Trichoderma T22 in it it will work good! Only real way to tell though would be to hand water a couple clones in hydroton pots for like 10 days, one applied with sub-culture one not & see where that gets ya!
I can vouch for rhizotonic being a great product though...

Whazzzz upppp!!! SQ, I sure would like an update on this thread of yours, hay I got an idea? If you need to you can come over here and park in my driveway and do a bit of war-driving on my if that’s what it takes? Well no kidding I am highly interested in what’s going on over there in your grow/room though.
You guys are making me dizzy with all the options of how to grow the bud. I mean hell you got the joy ride going x2 and then you got Big Tokes Bio Heaven buckets. What the hell I'll just throw my wife and kid out of the house and convert to a house of bud with one of each. Nice to see SQ back on tha block. Can't wait till the feild fills out with some sweet herb. I thought i would just throw this out there about the sleeping problem. I had the same thing happen to me about a year ago,so i was kinda glad to hear that someone else is going though the same thing. Since i don't see a regular doc except my morning bowl,I figured i would take matters in my own hands and i started looking at how i was sleeping and what i cam eup with that works well for me is put on some music or put the tv on 9 out of 10 night works like a charm. So i hope this would contrubite to your sleeping habits,cause we all know the better rested you are the better you perform at what ever you do so good luck.

things must be alot further along by now eh? would love to see an update again. can you tell me how important haveing an MH bulb in the chain of lights is in a vertical grow? i have always use hps only in my sog grows, but am concidering building a vertical setup, uesing gutters and coco slabs with drippers. my plan is to make a rectangle shape with two chains of 3x600 watts hanging inside it. the same space would alow no more then 4 lamps with my normal flat system, if i go vertical i feel i can easily do 6x600 how many 600watt bulbs would you hang to light up 2.10 meters of vertical space?

I have never run a coli but been interested for a couple of years and your inspiration is huge. I normally use 100% organic gardening and add no nutes cuz I grow for sick people including myself and it makes a huge difference in the high's and low's of the smoke. I just add pond water to my shrimp compost.
The only problem is I can't keep up to the demands and I see vertical gardening as my special tool to change that fact. I don't know if I can keep it 100% organic and I will deffinetly try my hardest but if I can't I will just flush the last 17 days.
I thank you so much for all the pics and hard work you have shown all of us cuz it is a huge guidance for myself. The first trick I learned was to listen to DDoc after seeing your preburning session in the coli and I got so many more tricks to learn. Ah someday you might just see 7 of these coli's rockin upstairs in the barn and maybe I can give you a little inspiration. Thanks SQ. Milly BLunt

In a similar vertical grow, were instead the tubes are filled with a medium (higrmoite,perlite,) instead of hollow, can a nylon rope wick water efficiently up the pole a distance of about 5 feet?

I would also like to allow the roots of the to hang into the tote (reservoir) where oxygenated water awaits. In the end this would be a wick/DWC/drip system. The wick is the nylon rope, the DWC is the roots suspened into the nutrient solution, and the drip is the top feed every few days to ensure a moist medium assuming the wick isnt sufficient to carry wateer all the way to the top.

im readin over this thread , what you use for watering system on cage? i got a smaller homemade 1 for my veggies but i need to tip it over some how cause draining is a problem..
i was a noobie from a long time ago at another site, iv came along way hehe suck to say iv been sick for a while but im not gonna get into that crap,
whats new with you, hows new tricks coming along? im gonna go over your threads see what ya gotta say glad to see ya around..
