Yes and I would definitely prefer a heavier rifle to balance recoil, but like my current rifle I would strap it to my shoulder.

once again, no one wants to see the elephant in the room. our most vulnerable citizens, poor women, aint got the $$$ to travel & pay hotels etc. some states require repeat visits, waiting periods, etc. you can buy & shoot a full auto, you just have to buy the fed stamp & pass the background check. they make it expensive, not impossible...just like abortions. can you see the hypocrisy there? should only rich people be able to own a full-auto? should only rich people afford an abortion? i think any voting age citizen that needs/wants either damn one should be able to go get it. the WW2 "grease-guns" were mostly stamped sheet metal, and dirt cheap to make.

that is one good thing about the semi-autos, the energy bled off to work the action kills much of the recoil. ever shot a little .30 cal carbine? fun as hell. those USED to be dirt cheap... dammit.

Can recall back in the mid sixties when a neighbor bought a jeep out of the back of a comic book. Came in a bunch of wood crates packed in cosmolene.
Put it together and took it over to Padre Island on an airboat where it lived until the next hurricane took it out. Life was good.

I think it’s more BS from the redhat facebook crowd.
I have received multiple applications for mail in ballots. Perhaps the redhats are confusing applications for ballots. It wouldn’t be the first time they were confused by words.
And since elections are 100% controlled by the states, it becomes even less of an issue.
I believe that every state has safeguards in place to prevent voting more than once.
