Tbh man, its wishful thinking to think it will matter. Clinton crushed trump in the debates from an actual debate sort of pov...doesnt matter a bit. What counts as a win for each side is different. There isnt an impartial jury, particularly this election cycle, there aren't many true independent voters to win over.

Man Joe Rogan frustrates me, but he called out Carlos Mencia for being a fake ass joke stealing bitch of a comic, so I give a wide pass. I actually wish more on the right were closer to him in willing to discuss stuff than just pointing at him as some sorta luminary of right wing thought. He has his views and agendas, but is at least willing to discuss it and not rely on some of the flimsy shit when making a point.

I'm next door to Russia, we needed military help years ago but didn't get any, because even back then Western leaders were too afraid to step on Russian toes. Still holds true these days. Not even a NATO country so there's no agreement that says you gotta back us up. And financial aid, well we keep a reserve of something like 900,000 soldiers over here because of that lack of military aid, so yea. COULD USE THE MONEY TOO, them guns and shit ain't cheap.

Having lived and worked in Europe for many years, It amazes me that people can be convinced that this is bad and that all kinds of inappropriate adjectives are true. Socialist, communist, on and on - All bullshit.

How is this bad? I had;

Full medical. The cost never had anything to do with the treatment I got. There were no delays, limitations, or hassles. Prescriptions were very cheep too.
My doctor made house calls.

Everyone was guaranteed 1 month paid vacation with vacation money (double play that month).

We got Christmas money, double pay in December (aka 13th month pay).

College was free. You just had to pay room, board and books.

Workers rights. You have a contract for all jobs/work. If you have worked at a company for twenty five years and your company wants to replace you with someone younger and cheeper, then they have to buy you out. They can't come up with some bullshit story and kick your ass out the door.

Public transportation is excellent.

There are relatively few people in prison. People who get in trouble get help back on track.

Retirement social security was better. Earlier age eligible. More Money. Full medical.

Elementary and High schools were way better than here. Much higher quality education standards.

The left is pushing for these social changes here while the right is being fed bullshit and being told that is caviar. I just don't get it. The right says "well who's going to pay for it?" The answer is - not the red states because they are the ones getting all the handouts anyway. Even knowing that, they are still convinced it is bad.

Thanks for your opinion here, I like Rogan plenty as a fight analyst and admire his success as a self-promoter. He first rubbed me wrong when he propped up Tulsi as legit while Russian state media was doing the same. He lost me completely with his blatantly transparent Russian disinformation efforts to tar Biden as senile while propping up Trump as some sort of fountain-of-youth strongman. All the while Trump waxes incoherent at his rallies, spits out his dentures when trying to read a teleprompter, and stumbles down a 20 degree ramp he claims was wet when it was dry.

Yeah, my positive view on rogan continues to fall as we go on, i see it the same way you do. Its valuable to discourse to question stuff, but its getting to the point of absurdity and debate/discussion just isnt that possible.
