i think i know where you are headed with this line of reasoning.
lemme guess: something something second law of thermodynamics, something something entropy, something something the complexity of life is impossible something... you don't believe in the fact of evolution and/ or the scientific theory of evolution (common descent by natural selection)?
one of my favorite topics, i've been loving biology since before i was even in preschool.
interested to know what you believe and to have a serious convo about it, maybe we should start a new thread
(btw, the laws of thermodynamics are directly tied into ndt's expertise, it's a standard in classical physics; no classical physics = no astrophysics)

Lol, no. I am also very interested in evolutionary biology. I'm talking about N.DT's stupid blatherings about GMOs and how he fails to distinguish modern biotech from the ancient practice of horticultural selective (evolutionary?) breeding.

As far as thermodynamics, most pop science guys or people just don't get it, as evidenced by the widespread belief that CO2 is responsible for climatic warming of the planet.

I should clarify, though. I'm not an academically trained scientist or a proffessional scientist (currently), but I demonstratably use the scientific method and believe in it, whereas, most academically trained proffessionals actually are brain damaged by dogma and traditional baseless thinking. This is why Occams Razor is such a commonly used counter argument if you can even call it that, lol. I wouldnt be caught dead using Occam's Razor as a counter argument, unless it was to jokingly throw it in someones face who tried to use it. Scientists have really failed us since the mid 20th century. Except for the few heroes who have stood up to the psuedoscientists.Hempy McNoodle

Just look at SV-40, COVID-19 coming from bats, greenhouse gas theory, all the false flags that scientists have dropped the ball on, such as 9/11 particularly building 7. I could go on and on. AIDS coming from 'bush meat.' Lol. Give me a break! But, real science such as weather weaponry is laughed at by the 'scientific community' and considered conspiracy theory. Scientists and doctors can be great and they can be brilliant, but they are routinely given way to much credit. I'm the son of a scientist and frankly, find them to be some of the most dangerously foolish people on earth in many cases.

Hempy, Everybody who believes in unadulterated fact uses the scientific method in one form or another. It is basically the elimination of bullshit in a logical way and proving a hypothesis. If that works for you why are you a trumper?

I routinely disprove it and have not yet received even an attemp at a counter-argument. And that is because every bit of informatiin that goes into disproving it, is known laws of well understood thermodynamic principles. So, people always resort to personal attack, citing their degree as authority (case closed), or scratching their heads. They generally can't fathom that CO2 greenhouse gas theory is flawed and is being inflicted upon us for political reasons. Once a person does see. It becomes quite clear, but it is very hard for people to accept that we've been intentionally lied to on such a large scale and that many scientists aren't lying intentionally, but have simply failed scientifically and can't imagine that the peer review process can go wrong or fail altogether, or even be fabricated. They can't imagine that this is done hand in hand intentionally with media and social media and institutions in an organized conspiracy throughout the world. Scientists are often just obedient dummies who did what they were told their whole lives without much curiousity. Just like mainstream journalists.

Think of the COVID-19 bat story as an example. They said that they used the scientific method to prove that COVID-19 could not have been a bioweapon and this was repeated by the MSM throughout the world and scientists failed en mass to recognize that this determination was, in fact, not made using the scientific method. In fact it was just one group of scientist's completely uneducated and (provenly) ignorant assessment.
