señores zamalito and guineapig! greetings :D
how are things with you two?
zamalito, any pics of that harvest? i am still pretty much budless. just smoked a bowl of a premature bud dried for less than 24hours hehehe...pretty sad, uh? lol... the plants are doing great, they are getting more sunlight and much better ventilation and better climate, although cold nights and colder mornings have given some slight purple colours to some branches. yesterday planted a new plant, the first one, into the ground, the soil was very soft and nice :D i did not take the camera as i had to take a shit load of tools and stuff up there to prepare to take some cuttings and make a little protective tent for them so they can root more calmly up there. anyway, the flowering plants won't be ready for at least another more month, been already 40 days of flowering.

tried to buy some of the commercial colombian, hoping to get some of the good quality one, so rare nowdays... but i ended up getting a whole lot of very very dripping wet nasty grass; threw it all away, nasty.

anyone heard 'the infamous' by mobb deep?

peace!

hola bone :D i have heard about butante oil, but have no idea how to make it. also, the colombian commercial was really wet... most people who sell here don't have an idea on how to properly handle the herb, so they hide it to keep it away from their homes... usually they bury it or hide it in a tree... well, it rains, direct sun light, etc...so the already sun dried mid colombian turns into some crazy cooked wet bud after it has been in the hands of dealers for a while... oh the horror!!

paz hermano.

gracias bone, aun no he intentado hacer la cosa, pero tarde o temprano :sasmokin:

here are some pictures taken yesterday; it was a cloudy day but very nice fresh day, pictured many wild flowers, mushrooms and two very special guests :D

lets start with the plants, they are doing good, still about a month or more of flowering to go is my guess, but rains are more often and i worry about mold :yoinks: but Jah bless, so all is good.

this little girl was planted into the ground a few days ago, vegged for 2 months, a bit short, suffered lots of stress due to move, etc... need to fert it soon, grasshoppers seem to be eating it too, also taking bites of the older ladies:

the ladies in flower:

flowers and mushroom:

special guests, butterflies :D

some sights:

another special guest, from a 'tropamine' universe perhaps:

:yoinks: :D

one love!

hey paz that's a shame you couldn't flower in your greenhouse, but on the bright side now you have a reason to visit paradise every so often... they're looking fine... hope there aren't deer or herbivores too close by, if so maybe some cayenne pepper in water sprayed for insurance.

suerte con todo

rainy dark misty day

rainy dark misty day

greetings everyone

muddy, how is everything going with you maluco? :D there's no problem with hervivores, some grasshoppers munching on the ladies, but they haven't done serious damage to the plants so i let them chill :joint:

i went out the other day, took some pics, not many came out well, very dark rainy day, mist all over.

enlarge this one to check the mist around the trees on one of the mountains around the place

the buds are starting to show some wild colours, pinks, reds, blacks of sticky resin and some purple. the smell is very nice, fruity and some spicy/coffee, the calyxes are getting fat and there's nice crystal production. no mold at all so far, thank jah!

here's random picture of buds

i am all anxious waiting for harvest, already sampled a few buds, but never gave them a good cure, but nonetheless very nice smooth high but more stoney and lazy smoke than the more far out effect of pure sativas, which makes me doubt whether these colombian bagseeds are really pure colombian sativas, they seem the more common commercial skunky hybrids... it seems they are as they seem to going to finish maturing sooner than a long flowering colombian sativa.

one love!

Mmmmm andean herbs. Nice picture of that datura (angel trumpet genus') I read that the us state department issued a warning to us travelers because women in colombian strip clubs were putting an extract of some andean datura species (maybe huachu cachu) on their tits so after the patron would suck on them the enterprising young lady could lead him around in a psychedelic daze for a few days while she drains his bank account.

Oh yeah paz I almost forgot. Here's a link to my friends' gallery which is solely pictures of my growing. There's 5-10 indoor bud pictures in there but for the most part they're outdoor. They're still downloading them and there should be close to 150 pictures when done. The further along you go through the galler the better the pics get. If there's a picture you have a question about feel free to ask. I also included a couple pics of wild passionfruit growing in one of my spots. There's literally thousands of these vines growing around my plants. I took the pics too late to get the passionflowers but the fruit are there.

You're plants are looking beautiful paz I can't wait to see more.

sir zamalito, hello, man, beautiful plants, staying high is the mission, no question :biglaugh:

about thrumpet angel, the local name is actually 'campanita' which literally translates as 'little bell', simply because of the shape of its leaves, in colombia is also called 'arbol borrachero' or 'drunken tree' sort of... anyway, it seems it is not connected to dmt afterall, although used in andenean/amazon territories as additivies to the yage/ayahuasca.
btw, there seems to be a wild passion fruit plant inside the temple :D coolness, uh?

one love.

edit: i forgot to comment on the 'potion' made out of the brugmansia's flowers; the name in colombia and venezuela and probably ecuador, peru and bolivia, is 'burundanga' a real funny word, i don't know if it has any meaning beyond the phonetical/onomanopeaic (sp?). anyway, it seems there is a lot of myth to it though, that is, you gotta be real skilled to be able to make such potion and hipnotize someone during the trip to give you all your loot, you know? the victim has to be a little dumb? i dunno :D :sasmokin:

peace.

I'm glad I started looking at other member's grows rather than just crusing the forum. I really admire ur local landscapes, that's totally rad :D

Fucking jungles to adventure around in. Although it's prolly quite wise to be more cautious in tropic jungles, more living things to deal with.

So you mentioned some other etheogens, and I'm curious if your actually growing some nightshade sort of things. Like some Phalaris grass for DMT or something?

hello sogman, there are many entheogens growing naturally in venezuelan territory, to name a few: san pedro, p.cubensis, brugmansias, all kinds of dmt vines, yopo (also dmt active), tabacco, coca, and others less known. all of these plants grow wildly/naturally, but there´s people growing them for personal use. btw, the brugmansias are feared lol... i know i don't wanna mess with them, but man, they smell so lovely at times they just exude a sweet sober solid comfortable smell...

anyway, hope to get more pictures soon. much peace.

edit: btw, here is a picture i took of a wild brugmansia tree:

heh :D Your a good photographer, finally someone who doesent shoot all macros.
btw, the brugmansias are feared lol... i know i don't wanna mess with them
Man I don't "know"! I think you can have some serious religeous experiences if you dose correctly. Although I've heard it's quite difficult to judge the right amount, seeing as the toxicity changes variably from plant to plant. You don't want an unintentional poisoning.

To make it orally active of course it's just like ayahuasca. Your gonna need an MAOI. Passionflower is a known MAOI but not as effective as syrian rue. Personally I'll be cultivating some syrian rue to test on myself, and ive seen some acceptable indoor brugmansia's so it's all going down.

Although I would never consume an amanita without confirmation, so we definetly have something in common there.

Good stuff happening here as alway's man
