Sounds like the munchies have you baking. I tend to bake more when I'm baked too.. That recipe looks good..

The recipe is quite good. I like lemon so it’s perfect. It turned out pretty good, just a bit runny. I suspect I had more lemon juice than needed. I’ll need to practice again!

That looks delicious blondie. I can relate to using all the juice. I recently made a 5 bean salad that calls for fresh squeezed lemon and lime juice. I couldn't bring myself to tossing the excess and the salad was a bit tart. Lesson learned for the next time.

Today is a cheeseless cheesecake. Condensed milk is used. The cheesecake above solidified quite well after some time in the fridge. This recipe looks to be juicy as well so went into the fridge quick.

The temperature finally went down from the 90s so I got my oven going again. Since it’s peach season, peach cobbler seems to be in order.

I also harvested these 4 pints of blackberries a few days ago and one other pint yesterday. I'll probably harvest 2 more pints tomorrow. I'll make a pie or cobbler with some.

Those berries look great also. My berries didn’t produce this year. Even though I watered, looks like berries shriveled or died before forming. Next year hopefully. This year my fig tree is the best producer. Thinking about what to do with figs.

Most of the raspberries and some blackberry varieties did very poorly here this year. That variety of blackberry did very well for some reason. We had a very dry season this year, so I'd attribute it to that. Your very fortunate to have figs. You could make a pastry,tart or cookies.
