There's some good ole Long Island boys here.
I was looking for a different picture in my shattered remains of files, and discovered one that would be kewl for anyone that decided to check out. I wrote about this in my novel, "The Cadet".
Gravesend on Long Island was laid out in the 1600's as a small colony led** by a woman.

Lookit that baseball field on the lower right. The Indians attacked across that very ground.
