Whoa so all this practicing on the volcano vape this morning has me flying higher than one of those satellites in the night sky. I did manage to take out the trash and recycle and do the poop scoop in the backyard. Even have a load of clothes tossing around I the dryer and swished some pinesol around I the toilet so Mr sub don’t think I’ve been just getting higher while he was at the dentist with his mom. . Thanks @dogzter for the vape tips. I think I’m gonna have to get a few of those capsules that @jokerman uses tho so I don’t have to feel like finishing up that large bowl before I’m done next time.

Both very good tips dog. Who knew? I filled up the chamber with both flower and kief and waited till I saw vapor before I attached the bag. The bag filled up much nicer.

The "ceasefire" that was announced yesterday by the White House left out one important detail regarding Putin's demands. For any permanent ceasefire to take , his Red Line is that NO NATO armaments or allied weapons be issued or deployed, for the war to eventually stop. That just isn't going to happen. So the current ceasefire that is supposedly in place does not even appear to be happening, in fact, per international news. And apparently when pressed on this demand by Putin on the call to the White House, they simply demurred. In other words, they know that is not happening, whatsoever. So the demands appear purposefully unrealistic and more lives will be lost. I suspect we see a near immediate escalation & secret supplying by the US of critical weapons pronto. So it goes.

And so it continues .. Z says there is no ceasefire until it is on paper between both sides. Don't hold your breath.

Good morning folks. I am still on my back with the flu and I have never been more congested in my life. I went to the doctor yesterday and got some medication that seems to help somewhat but this apparently is something you need to tough out. I’ve done nothing but cough since Saturday in my entire body is wrecked with pain. This is not anything you wanna fool around with poor Ivan sits here and looks at me and does his best to comfort me, but there’s not much that can be done. I watered my garden a couple days ago, but I just don’t seem to have enough energy and desire to go back and look at it.

I wound up in physical therapy for almost 2 months after coughing so much from pneumonia. My injured spine did not like the coughing. I couldn't even dress myself my Mrs had to dress me. It's crazy how much stress coughing puts on your body.
