Hope everyone is having a nice post holiday season thus far. Still not 100% healthwise.
Turns out upon testing that ms cola did not have covid before we left. That was a plus.
But it looks like I am in perhaps the last half day of the flu bug I got after food poisioning.
That's what happens when you get old. You get weak and the Invaders come n pounce!
Today I'n going to try and look at some of the pile that accumulated post conference call.

Still pretty tied up currently with projects and work, so wanted to start with a daily check in hello.
Today is Saturday and we're upon the weekend & Sunday. Am glad for the two day break. TGFW!

It's about 2C/38F outside the apartment right now - and around 6C/44F inside - at 4.25 am - I'm all wrapped up in 2 stretchy long-sleeved base layers - one with half hand mits - 2 T-Shirts - and a big fleece coat - Sealskin Beanie - thermal fleece lined trousers - and heavy socks - plus a mug of hot Earl Grey Tea - keeping me warm - in London England

Keep warm, Bro. You're certainly a trooper, Gypsy. One stalwart gentleman! Most of the US is bitter cold too if it's any consolation (maybe not). A stiff North wind from Canada has basically descended upon the whole country till Tuesday.

They said that they might be able to restore the rhythm by shocking my heart if it didn't restore naturally, which it did. Do I infer that won't work in your case?

The damage to my heart chamber is done after 3 years of bad rhythm . It could have been fixed if they had not covered up what they did. Yeah, I am pissed off. This medical “ care” was all within the same hospital health system, and they are covering up for each other.

House stays near 74 in the winter unless the fire goes out or it gets real cold. Next week, with 36 highs the fire won’t keep up.

I slept 9 hours last night. I haven’t had a full nights sleep in months. Felt good for a change. Usually run on 5-6 hours

They are ramping the bird flu chit up. No sales in georgia, but they will let the mega large hatcheries sell in the spring like always. Fuk the little man, but the corps get to keep making money.
Uncle Sam is a nasty bastard.
I can incubate, guess I’ll sell birds on the side like a drug dealer

I’ve lost almost all faith in our health care system. I know a handful of people that are dead or maimed from medical mistakes.

Getting high then going for my 3 mile walk. I got a flash fever last night ....headache where it pains to turn or move your head...sweats...happens to me once in a while. I'm not sick. Took a Tylenol to the liver and it went away

We are experiencing above normal temperatures in our zone today here in South Florida. It will be a high of 82/83F which will drop to a high of 68F by Tuesday. It's still shorts weather. I'm sorry all you guys are cold.

If that odd beat you get happens a lot, you need to ask your doc to send you to a specialist as it’s usually a simple fix now days. That rhythm can damage your heart. I too don’t trust the healthcare system and have had major mistakes in surgery including working on the wrong kidney after they put me out and you gotta be on top of it yourself these days.
