I went from NJ which has insane gun laws and until recently, no chance of getting a concealed carry permit.

To a state/county that issued me a concealed carry permit within 36 hrs of applying.

In NJ my sister in law with her kids was carjacked in the middle of the day at grocery store in a upper middle class suburban neighborhood. Forced at knife point to drive to atm and withdraw cash.

Out here you only need to carry when you are out walking the woods in case of a bear encounter. Plus for my money rural people are a better class of people overall.

It's difficult for small time growers to compete with prices like that. The days of lucrative cannabis crops for regular growers is waning fast.

When we legalized adult usage it put a lot of growers out of business because too many people jumped on the growers band wagon and first abundant harvest dropped the prices out the bottom.

From about $400/oz to $60oz and I've seen it as low as $40.
