Took a long time to warm up to 76F today.

the daytime and nighttime temperatures around here are about the sam , in the 40’s…

layering of clothing is mandatory along with the propane heater going about 16 hours a day..

we both like sleeping when it’s cold , it gets down in the high 40’s about daylight , I turn the propane stove on about 6 am

$2.70 here a gallon…one gallon weighs about 4.2 pounds

so far we are averaging about 2 gal a day

we are currently shopping for a tankless water heater , dual fuel , propane and electric
JMHO and my POV
I personally would think twice because from what I am understanding they need service because they get buildups from water minerals .
I know regular hw htrs collect shit too and need to be drained.
Usually if one is installing a hw htr it pays to change that drain valve to a brass one which make it easier to flush out .
I have seen them in electric and gas but never both in the same unit.
Got to be a big feed electric wise
I think they are not cheap

My low water temp is pretty much why I ruled them out.

Another thing I found with some units was the limit on water temp settings to 140 degrees. I like My hot water between 145 and 150. Imagine the BTU's it takes to heat water from 55 to 150 in the space space of a tankless unit.

The higher your water source temp the more economical they become.

Yup, when I looked into it, I'd need a sub-panel for the juice it would pull.

Topping to me means removing the middle meristem after about the fifth node, which will force the lateral branches out faster and further. Fimming is cutting the flower as it forms and removing about 60% of the greenery. If done properly for flowers will develop from where one was fimmed… The key here is, if done properly. I don’t do this, but from what I’ve read, I should.
When I top it causes the plant to split into two....a fem top will split the plant into 4 tops. IMO. I usually only fem top.

We agree alla way down the line. What I meant about the Billions was the flow of billion$ around in a dirty little circle... Just perzackly as you say, and not that we are shipping crates and crates of $100's to Ukraine. We did that for another guy.
Okay I misunderstood, it sounded like you said we were sending the actual cash to Ukraine so they could then use it to buy weapons from us. Besides the issue of time with doing it that way it would also allow them to decide to buy stuff from countries other then the USA snd there is no way the Military Industrial Complex here in America would allow that to happen.
