My son was telling me yesterday a person he works with gave him a raised pig. He just has to pay for processing costs. Nobody has ever given me a pig.

I'm not sure old bc man...I was heavier and not exercising. And overeating. I would get nasty heartburn every night in bed. Most nights I took 2 of the Tums 1,000mg

Evening folks. I’ve never wanted to watch a fight but I hope I can watch that one tomorrow. Still working to get thanksgiving ready. And the house!!
Slipped down in the basement for a joint. Got a New York strip to grill tonight. And a sweet potato.

Gave the surviving kitten away today. He spent most of the day in the pocket or hood of my jacket while I worked. I am going to miss the little shitter.

I quit having heartburn issues. I’d get it so bad my throat would burn the next day. I quit taking the medicine and it got better. And I stopped eating the processed junk that was causing it. Haven’t had it in over a year now. I eat chili and whatever I want.

When I was fairly young my gramps was a big boxing fan and almost 65 years later I kind of remember a match from then. The two boxers had gone so many rounds they could barely lift their arms. I couldn't tell you who they were or the outcome, just that they were so tired they could barely move their arms. They were almost holding each other up. That's all I remember but I still remember it.

Should be a pretty good fight for Tyson, Paul is strong but he's no Tyson plus he made the mistake of insulting Tyson a few months back and then tried to back out of the fight after an injury. IIRC back then it was supposed to be just an exhibition but if it's now a fully sanctioned fight that's because of how pissed Tyson is at Paul and how serious he's taking things.

I heard he talked smack about Tyson’s deceased daughter. That’s stupid. I saw a guy make fun of a coworkers son that was dying of cancer. 8 years old. We thought Ray was going to beat that guy to death. And I damn sure wasn’t risking my neck stepping in. No one tried to stop it. Took the marine vet manager to step in.

Alcohol gives me acid reflux as does some spicy food. I seldom drink and watch what I eat, so seldom need it anymore.

Tums (calcium carbonate) also gave me a kidney stone once, so I use Malox if I need an antiacid.

When I was getting my asbestosis claim in order the comp board had me take tests at the hospital to prove that stomach acid was not going into my lungs.

Try apple cider vinegar,I know it sounds the opposite of what makes sense but it works.
