Here in VA, I know so many people that are playing the Medicaid system, including close family. The big one is not getting married so can collect food stamps and monthly stipend but living in household making $100K+ per year and living in $500K+ house with driveway full of new SUVs. If the state cleaned up their system, bundles could be saved but votes lost.
