Maybe a spear tip? Likely ornamental in nature? Doesn't look very sharp! Biggest one I ever found. Also have some that are translucent black obsidian I really like .

There's a cool book, i forget the name and can't even search it it is that obscure, but it is authored by a fellow rock collector.
After collecting rocks for years and cutting through some of them he concluded that the entire crystal matrix was controlled and arranged by entities, not Gnomes or Elves but entities from much further afield.

knapping…..have the tools but have not tried it out…my friend is a full blood Pawnee and he gave me a couple lessons
but yeah , it is a cool and fun hobby to sit around and make some points..

You guys should see the Rocky mountains if you like rocks.
I never saw so many being from florida.
You can find stuff in them or make stuff out of them or make a fire circle or a pipe to smoke by the fire.
I have found some super cool rocks here.
One was so cool my sons fifth grade teacher stole it from him.......A giant blue yogo sapphire we found in the Yogo mountains hiking.

Well, I was wondering about that, I never asked. My tap is about 8, but as an experiment I re measured the tap after adding Jacks. The PH had lowered to a "normal" range. This go round I will finish with straight tap.I would ditch the ro water........make it super simple like me.
Every morning Subby, every morning. I’ve got a new, super thick ice pack on my back right now and the heating pad on my belly. I’ve had the heat on since last night… I’ve got some friends that Chase arrowheads in the river, and I’ve got quite a collection myself…
