The servers are maxed out. Happened the last time this occurred.
Increased capacity for the servers either means replacement or add-ons, or serious maintenance.
One of the times I feel a tinge of guilt for not contributing $ here.
i would feel bad about not donating,but then again where would the quality goat content be without me?
From what I was told this is one of the largest servers in the world. Host many sites like this and others. You should have seen the Canna Cabana. They had an antique for a server. V-Bulletin. This place is a dream compared to that. They have even upgraded to this server.
Walking saved me from losing confidence in my own mobility - when I was 265lbs - all that weight impacting my lower back - especially around an old injury - making it very painful to walk even 100 yards - 3 years ago now - soon realised that it was mainly due to my core muscles atrophying - (around back and stomach) - as I slowly/gently worked that area by walking and doing aqua exercises in the pool - within weeks I saw good progress - and today what was often a 9-10 in back pain back then - is now a 1-2 on average - and no pain at all when I'm resting -
With the weight training - I try not to lift more than my own body weight (210lbs) in any exercise - so do alot of repartitions generally over 3 or 4 sets - and don't use dumbells or weighted barbells - just bodyweight - and the leg machines for extensions and curls and calf raises - finding that calisthenics are more useful to me than throwing heavy weights about - as I used to do in the past - (less chance of injuries) -
- As for housework - I've got 2 very active teenagers (son and daughter) to do that - since they make most of the mess anyway -

The Canna Cabana is the name of a head shop (and maybe dispensary?) in Whitecourt, Alberta, Canada.
Bought a small glass pipe there for the hash I'd brought with me when I drove my wife's Honda CR-V up from Tucson several winters ago.
Probably shouldn't say this so I won't .....Yes I will. I tried to set up a donation program at MP (same server) and they turned it down. I was told they didn't want to upset the members. They stole our Domain name when we didn't update. Not gonna post the address to access. Nobody there anyway. Place has crashed.

Took a pic to see of the pic uploading is working - and yes it is - we ran out of space on the server this morning - so pics were down - bought some more - and it's working now -
