Anyway, speaking of Afghans.

I've a few dozen Afghan "landraces" from 2020ish (off the floor in farmer's fields I presume) if you ever want something like that to hunt through. I'll not have time or space to do them.
I do have a pack of Mazar-i-Sharif from 2020 too. Got them free from a canna trade show, Angus from Real Seed Company stuff.

Same if you want to try some of these Durbans i replicated. Just shout man!

I lived in Guffey for about a year in a small tiny home back in 1977-78. It had a gas heater that worked til it reached temp and shut off - like a heater should. Right after it shut off I could feel the cold rising from the floor almost like a breeze.

I left that cracker box to live in a log cabin just north of the community store. It was heated by an antique Wood Stove. We had to forage for wood. You could see daylight through the chinks.

Buford and Charlie Dell were the old folks living in town. They'd play a dance down at the community store. Buford played piano and Charlie banjo. I had a string bass back then and played as well.

Charlie drove an old green Chevy pickup. Buford had a limp from when as a kid he fell out of a tree and broke his leg. There were no doctors around to set it. He used to come by our place to pilfer wood from our pile. Whenever there was a boundary land dispute the lawyers would seek out Charlie because he knew things about land boundaries. They were probably in their 60's back then?

The Tee Pee girls lived at a small ranch just outside of town in Chumway Park. A rich doctor owned it and allowed them to caretake the place. They made leather pants and vests for the local bikers in Manitou and surrounding areas. The band I played in would play for the biker's parties out at some old barn. "Stitch" was one of the leaders. I don't remember the names of the rest.

17 families lived in the area. Today it's turned into a lesbo paradise of the fat kind. There's a pub there now.
