Wife’s been with her Memaw all day. I’m at the house with the kids. Lots of stuff that needs to be done but I can’t with the baby.
I did replace the dishwasher today. Cleaned the old one. Will give it away. It’s still good, but a friend gave me his. He bought it a year ago and thought it messed up. The child lock was on it.

bugs, snakes, scorpions, and palmetto bugs big enough to drag a meal across the room...inside it's sterile...I cut a hole into my ceiling and dropped a 8" duct into the tent...the controller lets me dial in the temps...I avoid using the heat mode of my a/c unit, it blows hot air into the tent when it's on...I keep the a/c running but heat my living area with the fireplace when it's cold outside...

Sausage and peppers came out great.
Now I remember how long it takes to make leek soup.
Three deep sea dives to get the 1/2 a yd of sand in them out of them.
cook it down to a paste ,put your potatoes and wait till done and go fredy kruger on them with my new diesel emersion blender.
I used Mrs Palmeris pot.
I live close to a Williams and Sonoma outlet and had kept my eyes out in craigslist household for any good cast iron or any great pots.
Women who work there get deals get tired of them and sell them.I find one for $115 and its a gal selling it for her Mom.
We make a date and I go there and its a gated condo community absolutely beautiful.
This was 14 years ago,I meet her Mom .I look at the pot ,like it ,starting to negotiate ,could see her face ready for hardnose bargaining ,I say "Mrs Palmeri ,thats a lot of money for a pot ,( as I hand her the money) do you think you can throw a couple of potatoes and carrots in there too.
Stuff csme out of Mr Palmeris nose.
I told her every time I use this pot it was always be referred to as Mrs Palmeris pot and think if you kindly.
And I do.

Yes leeks and Bok Choy are a bastard to get all the sand out. I’ll bet that soup is good. How many time have you taste tested it

All this talk about dinner got me thinking about what I’m going to eat for dinner tonight. I froze a bunch of meatballs a while ago so I’m thinking of heating them up and then baking them with spaghetti in the oven. I’ve got one piece of pizza left over so I’ll throw that in there while the other stuff is cooking… one of the downsides of being single is I have to cook it and then do all the cleanup in the kitchen… I feed the dogs first and those little shits just lay there and watch me do all the cooking…
