I guess I was fortunate to have learned a long time ago to separate a person from their deeds or actions.
Some might not agree with me regarding this. But I can still like someone but not like what they are doing.
Musk has very obviously accomplished a lot. I made decisions in my life and career, based on preliminary
experiences, followed by first hand observation, that I did not want a career that was unclean & hurt others.
Some wear blinders.
What always impressed me most about Musk was back in his early days of SpaceX. He was at a point where his first 3 attempts at the Falcon rocket had failed, Tesla was struggling and he was at a make it or break it point with only around 20 Milion of his profits from selling Paypal left. Many people at such a point would cut their loses and just hold on to that 20 Million or so left. Instead, Musk took that money and invested it in his 4th attempt at the Falcon and it worked and since then most everything has been coming up roses since then for him. You kind of just have to admire someone who is so sure in what his company is trying to do that he's willing to take all he's worth and put it on a final roll of the dice.

UNC…sounds like scene from “ No Country for old men”.. when gas station owner get the “call it”…from Sugar…
Hellfire... I even got a chevron soloing as a Student Pilot. The plane I was using for touch-and-goes at Boca Airplane Patch had just been given its yearly (taken apart).

I was in the downwind leg at 1000' (STOP THE STORY: Flying in South Floriduh has one lovely advantage: Your altimeter essentially tells you how far you are from the ground AND sea level at the same time.)

BACK ON: On the downwind leg, about to turn left... and the engine goes K-KLUNK!! I am lookin' at the fargin propeller, and it ain't propelling. Oh, dear. As luck would have it, I was alone in the pattern -- so I broadcast that I had engine failure and was declaring emergency landing priority.

This was back in the Wild West Boca Raton (eg; No tower) So I did my dogleg, and lined up on the 5000' runway. A Spam Can is second cousin to a kite when there is only one person in it... it just sorta floats.

So I landed it as if it had power, and it made no difference at all, since if the engine HAD been working, it would have been at idle. I even managed to land where I could taxi off on the first exit ramp.

What happened then was kewl. The place went nuts; to have a 7-hour total student in his first solo have engine failure and land the plane without incident is, apparently, extremely rare.

They did not take my shirttail. They took my whole fargin shirt except for the part they all signed again for me to keep.

What the temp and humidity in your flower tent boo? Mine runs hot but usually my flowers adapt.
my tents stay at 78 degrees with lights on, dunno what it goes down to when I turn the light off...humidity is 60% but right after I feed them it rises for a few hours...just did the final defoliation and the scope is showing all cloudy and a spritz of amber...I'll take a pic and post it shortly...never had a dud or any issues from this plant...all this from 1 seed...

Have you got yourself a Strava account and GPS and log your rides?

I'd love one of those electric cargo bikes with a box on the front for the dog.

He’s love it! Lazy Sleepdog.

We are rural here in a village so only narrow main roads, BUT we do have a cycle path into the town that they turned the old railway line into.
I drive normally, but I really should just cycle. I'm trying to add more movement back into my daily life because I'm feeling a bit lazy this winter so far.
Yes that’s why we do it. That little bit of movement is good for you. I too would love a dog box on my bike. My Maryjane would love it. My other dog Arlo is a lazy sleep dog too 😁

My tents both run low to mid 80s and humidity runs around 50% unless like you when I water it goes up for the night my temps run in the hi 70s at night. I just tell my girls they live on a beautiful tropical island and play them a little ukulele to get them in the mood.

My target is 75 lights on and 10 degrees cooler at night. Humidity runs close to 40% with the lights on. Pretty much right where I want it.
It’s a bit cooler depending the time of year. One tent is in a no heat/ac area also my furnace and HWH in there so it gets heat from that in the winter. The other in the house but still runs a bit warmer than I wished. I’ve really never had a problem unless my flowers get too close to the lights. Starting flower a bit earlier is helping that.

I turned my exhaust fan down last night as the basement is getting cooler with the outside cold. Flower tent is 77.2 and humidity is down as the furnace dries the air.....36%. I believe plants adjust to conditions very well. Like Subby said.....I've never had an issue with heat or humidity as long as you keep an eye on things and don't let things get our of hand.

I can easily raise or lower the temp with a router control on my exhaust fan.
