Those bastard doctors took my center about nine years ago and I’ve been looking forward ever since. I finally got in touch with the surgical center that screwed the Pooch on me. I gave them a good piece of my mind and I am scheduled for the next opening which is 30 freaking days… Getting old isn’t easy when you’re broken…

Massage was one of my more enjoyable hobbies as a bachelor, but alas in my dotage I am paying the price with my thumb joints.

Back in the day when I had a business I was up at 5:30 every morning and was at work at a quarter till 7 to 35 years. Now I don’t get up until 830 and it amazes me and how much you guys can get posted between When you get up and I get up… I’ve always been told that folks that when they get old they sleep less. I must still be in my youth.

I have a hard time keeping up too, and end up missing a lot of the nuisances.

I try and stay in my center as calmly as possible.

I try to breath from there, so that tensions don't build.

Had to go to the dermatology clinic at Kingston hospital today - for surgery on an old black mole - that's been on my shoulder for ages - been replaced with 4 stitches now - should heal up in a week or two - walked there and back - and visited the gym on the way there for an hour of weight resistance training - and a good clean up -
- Time for a nice cuppa tea - before the young'uns get back from school -

we shot that damn boar the other night, just got tired of his aggressive nature and the damage he's done to the pen...I'm heading out to get a load of dirt to fill the holes the little bastard dug so earlene can walk around...she's gotten so fat she needs flat ground to move around...gonna have backstrap for dinner...anyone got any yummy recipies...

Soak it in apple or pineapple juice overnight then pan fry in bacon fat with some herbs and rice.

I just love this page here, and the site, I laugh my ass off out loud by myself, being only 20 days newly retired, I'm getting a lot of good advice, trying to push through the labor pains from life, trying to live my best life, just about done everything to provide for my family, lost my big popa, in November! at 94 yrs young. everytime I say it, it gets me, but moving forward this here page makes me feel at home,
I keep calling old people old, and Im one of um lmao! when the pain, and discomfort feels so bad ya gota remember, millions of others are suffering a lot worst, just keep it moving! I just had to comment how much i enjoy reading that i'm not alone!
