On a different note, I'll officially be OAP this year when I hit 55. Finally got back to Hong Kong last year after three years of Covid lock-outs, but you wouldn't like the place now. I was there during the riots in 2019 and there was a big disconnect between the young-uns and the older crowd. The young folk wanted their freedoms like they had under British rule, but the old folk knew trouble was brewing – and they were right.
I got gassed a couple of times in 2019 but last year the place was dead. You hardly see any foreigners there now, mostly just mainland Chinese who have taken over. We were there at the best time, before the handover.

thanks man - Yeah - I did pop back over to Hong Kong around 11 years ago - and it wasn't hardly anything like it was back in the 80's - back then it was British (till 1997 - when the lease ran out) - and a real bastion of Asian capitalism - so much was going on trade wise - guys were going from being bartenders to stockbrokers - rags to riches was breaking out all over - and I saw much of it happening before my very eyes - times change and now it's back in Chinese hands - since alot of the territory (Kowloon/new territories are on the Chinese mainland anyway - was bound to happen - but I still look back on those years I was in Hong Kong as being some of the best of my life - surely was exciting for me - did alot of things I had never done before there -

Seriously, I grew this novelty years ago. It was such a "needy" plant.
I went thru 12 bottles of AN and Canna nutes, "Bloomers" and "Fumar" stuff..... and a liter of CalMag! @dogzter

I'm half way through Billy's book that came out in 2015 and can't put it down.
Man I miss those days. I saw Bobby and the Wolf Pack this summer w/ Willie Nelson.
It's always great to see Bob as he's my all time favorite, but it always leaves my feeling as though there's a small void in my life.
Just glad I was able to experience it before it all came to an end.

Was just listening to some old Tom Waits tunes - and this popped up - the man has a very quick wit - always liked his music/lyrics - has a good sense of humour too I'd say -

Apparently a one pound steak far exceeds my daily allowable protein intake which makes being a carnivore somewhat..........I mean seriously wtf kind of decision is that.
