just a quick note about this old mans health report today...the nephrologyst sat me down and discussed my recent blood work earlier today...seems my kidneys have decided to heal up with the help of clean living and righteous eating...the numbers that reveal the kidneys health have elevated themselves to near normal levels...doc says he's got no need to see me for another year...great, my guts are ready for a long life but the body is a total wreck but I carry on...

That is good to hear my brother.

I’m usually the first one up, well except for Maryjane which starts my morning moves. We make just enough noise to wake the ole man who is also. Bit grouchy till he gets going.

They got big already. The twins are the worst. The like to bite toes. The solid grey one we call greyson shes my fav but skinny. She was the runt and the greedy fat siblings never wanted to let her feed. I got her eating good grain free kibble do she starting to put on weight. 3 females one male. The male is in the back on the right stretched out. He look just like daddy
