Yeah - I know what it's like to work in action movies - and Statham has got all the physical tools and skills to pull it all off marvellously - and he's a pretty good actor too -

- Plus he's got the reputation and experience to be able to choose what movies he works in these days -

I have never used an alarm. Even when working. Even if I had to get up in the wee hours to go fishing. I have a built in alarm.

My alarm ️ is in my bladder/prostate - bloody thing wakes me up every 3 hours or less -

Double gorgeous and hot today, starting at 61F and predicted to reach 95F.

The concrete is set, so I can take down my barriers and use the front walkway today! I turned out well!

Gym first thing this morning and lunch out with my old boss. He's pushing 90 and wearing a pacemaker, but in otherwise good shape as a vegetarian who works out daily.
