I'd say these fat Thai Buddha Sticks - that I bought for 20baht (approx 60 USA cents) each from a very old lady on Kata-Noi Beach in Phuket Thailand - back in 1983 - they must have weighed about half an oz each! next on the list would be Ecuador , they have had a lot of trouble recently but are handling it well….very cheap place to live and they are on the American dollar…

El Salvador is four times smaller than the state I live in, so it's not possible for anyone with a brain to use this small country as a comparison for anything.
Ecuador is constantly under siege. Not even football matches were being held there for months due to increasing social violence.
Really, keep a no brainer and be happy in Texas.
