I myself am OGed out. Love the taste and all from the original OG but all these off breeds that popped up like wild fire have gotten ridiculous. Had an original Ocean Grown clone only cut that was the true OG and. grown here in Michigan ID in the winter at cool temps would purple up very nicely. That cut was lost do to a careless grower. Never seen a absolute true cut since. I am however a huge fan of WiFi OG one of if not my leading strain. I am a huge OG Raskel fan....... Same thing is happening with the Cookies strain right now. Lots of fakes and the off breeds are getting blown out of proportion. NOT many people at all are or were lucky enough to get the REAL GSC's from the originators the Cookie Brothers. The major majority of the Girl Scout cookies you see nowadays are from bag seeds that were found out of a real sack of GSC. The C brothers call these seeds found fortune cookies.LOL I have been very fortunate and have a true clone only cut. On my second run and this one is very special. NO ONE in my area here in Mich has this one but me (like to see someone claim and prove they do).LOL

I've done a ton of reading in many many forums, books, websites, picking old heads brains ect. and you know as well as I do how many legends rumors folktales and plan old BS stories there can be about even one given non landrace strain. Just something that comes with the territory in the cannabis world. Not too many years ago (pre med years) guys weren't quick to jump up and shout their name. As a matter of fact most of them did their best to hide it especially in the United States. Now days people, SB's, dispensaries and whoever are racing to put there tag on so called "new mixes". And that's the reason I made the "I'm OGed out" comment. Back to GSC as well as I'm sure you know a ton of will say non public growers still try there best to protect there creations. Another thing I'm sure I don't need to tell you is that this is a very competitive hobby. Of course it starts with a clone only Strain. Eventually a clone or a found bagseed gets into the wrong hands and it spreads like wildfire from there. So this is the story/legend I got about the actual creators of the Girl Scout Cookies. All I basically asked tickle my balls was let me hear his version. Then try to convince everybody that bubba kush was created in Florida. Then I'd like to hear the Chem Dawg story's. Then that G13 was a government experiment. Then perhaps the name of the creator of skunk #1 and WTF happened to it.lol All in good fun. But really if the Holy Grail Bible of all strains is somewhere on this site and you truly think it's something I haven't read already.Point me to it.

Also I did mean to say Cookie Family, not brothers. Also the creators of Cherry Pie (GDP X OG). Story goes GSC was originated in Florida in the 90's. It didn't hit the seen until 2010 when finally introduced in California. Lots of fakes out there. Many seed companies, blogs, so called dictionary sites and such don't even have the lineage right. To say GSC is OG Kush x F1 Durban Poison is throwing quite a blanket over it. It's make up is a NorCal Durban Poison, a Florida Kush aka Florida OG, Floridaha OG, 92 OG, Ogreskush and a secret strain called F1 thought to be Purple Pain a rare pheno of Champagne. So this F1 is X with the Durban to make F1 Durban then X with a Florida Kush.
